Holiday home located just about 200 meters from the beach and Ærøskøbing marina. The cottage consists of a spacious kitchen located next to the dining room and living room. In addition, there are three bedrooms with space for six people. There are no TV channels, only internet for streaming on TV. The house is close to good shopping and only a short walk from Ærøskøbing center. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
