Great Frontline Golf Villa With Private Pool And Free Wi-Fi

Welcome to our luxury appointed home, now with lovely 7 x 4m pool.

Its' a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Golf Townhouse, with great views over the 6th and 7th fairways, frontline golf views. We have 2 balconies front and back to catch the sun all day long. Its very well equipped just like a home from home.
The property is light and airy with open plan design over 2 floors, furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout, centrally heated for the cooler months, with flat screen LED TV with English channels, own Wi-Fi, DVD player, ipod docking station, and safe. Now with ping-pong table !!! We have fitted artificial grass outside.

We are within the gated grounds of Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort has a great 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with its own driving range, buggy hire, a great pro shop, and Spike Bar.

The resort has plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants, 5* Intercontinental Hotel and Spa, onsite supermarket, bank atm, tennis, paddle, gym, communal pools, kids club. Alongside the resort is El Boulevard with a further range of Restaurants and Bars.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including iron, toaster and most importantly .. a dishwasher and new oven and induction hob just fitted.

This is a great place for families and golfers alike, we have a variety of the latest DVDs, toys inc paddle rackets a game for all the family.

There are two furnished balconies, front and rear allowing you to follow the sun all day. We have a private fenced patio for the kids to play in and to dine alfresco.
The nearest blue flag beaches just 10min drive away at Los Alcazares, where you can find the child friendly Mar Menor Lagoon.

*There is an additional charge, this is for your end of stay clean paid on departure in Spain, to our key holders Lee end Lisa totalling €80. *

We ask you to check in after 4pm and to checkout before 10am as this allows a thorough clean ready for the next guests especially if it is a same day turn around, I am sure that is understandable, thanks.

The only thing we ask of you is to water our plants and just make sure all rubbish has been put out in the recycling bins which really helps with the cleaning thanks.

Lovely villa

Lived up to expectations. Really lovely villa and great location. Facilities are great, nice and quiet overlooking the golf course. Has a problem with wasp nest and manager responded extremely quickly. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, couldnt ask for more.

A lovely week at Casa Jacks

Such a lovely clean and well looked after villa ! We enjoyed every minute of staying here. Everything you could need and more. Beds were all extremely comfortable and air conditioning kept us lovely and cool. I would highly recommend this villa and use it again. Host was also very helpful.

Great stay, just a few small points.

The villa was a wonderful size and was in an excellent location. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all. Ping pong table was an added bonus as well. It should be noted that the proximity of the neighbours was quite close, and the property felt somewhat overlooked on both sides. Additionally, some of the areas of the villa could have been better maintained in terms of cleanliness.

Leuk huis voor vakantie

Huis is netjes en heeft alles wat je nodig heb, is wel een beetje truttig qua decoratie..Enige wat ons echt tegenviel wat het kleine bed in de grote slaapkamer. ( 140x 170 of zo) De kamer is groot zat ! een groter bed zou echt veel fijner zijn en slaapt wat beter! Zelf ben ik niet groot en ik vond het zelf te klein....Verder dat je extra voor de warmtepomp van t zwembad moet betalen, is jammer, dit kan beter opgenomen worden in de totaalprijs. Huis ligt op een goede locatie op het park, en alles wat je nodig hebt is er... Zou het de volgende x weer boeken indien beschikbaar ;-)

Great Villa

Villa has everything you need for a home from home holiday. Great pool but a shame it didn’t get any sun during the day so was too cold to go in but I guess it’s that time of year. I will say that the first floor terrace was a great sun trap and used every day.

Excellent Golfview Villa

We stayed one week and enjoyed the villa, everything was on very good level. Mar Menor Golf resort is nice and the Boulevard restaurants are in walking distance, our favorite ones are Route 66 and Shamrock. We would have taken the pool heating option, unfortunately we did not have this information, even though I have asked Simon. We found out only when the pool heating was started for the next guests.

Amazing villa....fabulous all round!

We stayed in this villa from 3rd August to 30 August 2021. Prior to even going on holiday Peter was very helpful and informative. On arrival we were met by Lisa and Lee, the keyholders, who live a few doors down. They were both very approachable and accommodating.....nothing was a bother! It was very reassuring to know they were there if you needed them. The accommodation was excellent all round and just perfect for a family holiday. The table tennis was a fantastic addition, with some great competitive games had. Everything you needed in the villa was provided.....a home from home feel. It was decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We loved the pool area and the size of the pool, which was perfect for our 10 year old. Beach towels provided. It was a short walking distance to the Boulevard, where a good selection of restaurants can be found. The mini golf is also a short walking distance from the villa, where we went on a number of evenings. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and we will hopefully be returning to it again in the near future. Thanks Peter!

A nuestra llegada la casa estaba tan sucio que hemos pasado 3 horas limpiando, no hemos usado el horno porque nos hemos negado a limpiarlo también y era asqueroso de usar. Hemos informado al propietario de inmediato, pero nos dejó desatendidos durante toda la estancia. Los baños tenían restos de jabón y cabello de personas que alquilaban la residencia anteriormente. La persona que se ocupaba de la piscina, irrumpió sin previo aviso y comenzó a revisar la piscina y sus instalaciones sin ninguna presentación, entró por la puerta del jardín. El propietario nos informó previamente que necesitábamos dejar 60 euros antes de irnos por el personal de limpieza, hablábamos con el servicio de atención al cliente del sitio web y nos dijeron que los cargos adicionales eran ilegales, y también explicabamos la situación en la que nos encontramos con la casa a la llegada.

This person has mental issue's, if you look at all the 5 star reviews surely they speak for themselves. I personally did the clean prior to the guests arrival, i suffer from OCD so I can guarantee the cleanliness of the property. Any issues where addressed immediately, the guest made enough issues not to pay the final clean which I believe she does on all her holidays. I feel sad that someone can review somewhere so badly but managed to stay somewhere so bad for the duration of there stay. Some sad people out there trying to ruin a fantastic, highly maintained holiday home, enjoy your sad life. 😶
