Cosy studio with sea and pool views in the heart of Puerto Viejo in Puerto del Carmen. Located in the San Francisco II complex, this accommodation offers access to a communal pool and is surrounded by services, restaurants and shops.
The study, bright and comfortable, has capacity for 2 people and includes:
Bedroom/living room with 2 single beds
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, air fryer and complete utensils
Bathroom with shower and washing machine
Private terrace with wonderful sea and pool views
On the terrace you will find an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals or a drink at sunset, as well as two sun loungers to relax in the sun. The studio is also perfect for teleworking, as it has fast WiFi and a SMART TV.
Just a few minutes' walk away is the supermarket and the restaurants of the Port, such as Varadero. The beautiful Playa Chica, with white sand and crystal-clear waters, is just over 10 minutes walking distance.
If you travel by car, the residential complex offers public parking on the nearby streets Teide and Toscon.
In the event of key loss or being locked out of the accommodation, an additional charge will be applied.
