Chez Carmen is a flirtatious and cosy house with beautiful views of the swimming pool, perfect for couples or solo travellers looking to relax and enjoy the sun of Lanzarote. Located in a small and quiet complex, the property combines privacy and comfort with the proximity of all services: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport are just a few minutes away.
The house has a private terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset while contemplating the ocean, and a communal swimming pool ideal for cooling off during the day. Chez Carmen is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a relaxing holiday without giving up the convenience of being close to the centre of Puerto del Carmen, including the Biosfera shopping centre and the bus stop.
The interior of the dwelling is carefully equipped:
Bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan.
Full bathroom with shower and all amenities.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and extractor hood.
Lounge with 40-inch satellite TV with English channels.
Other details: safe, 50-litre boiler, ironing board, outdoor clothesline and high-speed WIFI with fibre.
Beach towels are provided for greater comfort.
