The living room overlooks the covered porch equipped with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor meals, and a private fully fenced garden. The ground floor of the villa is completed with a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, television and wardrobe. The second is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. Both enjoy a view of the property's private garden.

The villa continues with the lower floor composed of a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed.

Moniga del Garda is a welcoming tourist town in the province of Brescia, on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. The ancient core of the historic centre preserves the rustic appearance of the village and its narrow streets, on which flowering balconies open out. In the Pozzo locality, it is possible to admire glimpses of the lake and architectural details. The famous beaches of Moniga offer long walks with views of the crystal-clear waters of the lake and numerous typical local establishments, as well as cycle paths that connect the town to Salò and Lonate. The historic centre also hosts numerous churches in Baroque style, such as the Church of San Martino, where it is possible to visit its large and colourful stained-glass windows. Near the church, it is possible to see at the entrance to the town the Castle of Moniga with white stone walls, built in the 10th century.
