The Paddock in Keswick, Cumbria sleeps sixteen guests in eight bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for seventeen guests, a sitting room with a TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of five doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a twin and a family room with en-suite shower rooms and a king-size, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.8 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two, off road parking spaces, free on street parking and a parking space in the garage. The Paddock is a lovely base for your next adventure in the Lake District. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day

Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well behaved pets welcome. Pets not allowed on furniture or in beds. Please note the ground floor king size bedroom is compact with limited space around the bed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, lake 0.8 miles. No hen/stag or similar. This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £500. Town: The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.
