Apartment over Ballard market

The apartment was very spacious, and the two levels and the terrace were positive attributes. It was very centrally located, so walking to all the historical and shopping areas was fast and easy.The only detrimental part was the constant noise and pervasive smells in the market. The terrace was very nice for drying hand washing, although there was no washer.

BED BUGS AND STRUCTURAL ISSUESZero stars if possible. We booked this property through VRBO. While VRBO customer service was wonderful and tried to help, our experience with the management company, Wonderful Italy, was completely unacceptable.After a rainstorm, the ceiling began leaking directly onto one of the beds, making it unusable and forcing one of us to sleep on the couch. We immediately reported the leak, but Wonderful Italy ignored us and VRBO until the next day, a serious safety concern. VRBO offered us a more suitable resolution while Wonderful Italy offered an extremely minimal compensation and refused to take proper responsibility for the issues we encountered.The following night, the person sleeping on the couch found a bed bug and woke up covered in bites. We had to pay out of pocket for emergency laundry for our clothes and belongings. The lengthy process disrupted our schedule, forcing us to take an expensive taxi to the airport instead of the train. Wonderful Italy denied our request for reimbursement and again ignored our messages.When we asked about the extent of the infestation, they provided no information. By phone, they claimed the bites were from mosquitoes, which is nonsense. We also asked whether they would conduct a thorough investigation to protect future guests and were told this was “none of our concern.”A leaking ceiling, bed bugs, poor communication, and dismissive management completely ruined our stay. DO NOT BOOK WITH WONDERFUL ITALY

Fint sted med mangler

Jeg havde booket et ophold til fire personer. Vi havde fire gode senge. Der var 3 ekstra puder men der var ikke pudebetræk til puderne. I køkkenet var der også mangler. Til 4 personer er det ikke nok med 2 glas, 3gafler, 3 almindelige kopper. Vi manglede også vinglas. Et viskestykke havde også været godt. Vi kan dog stadig anbefale stedet.
