As you step inside Rose Walk Cottage, you'll immediately be enchanted by its tastefully decorated interiors and attention to detail. The spacious living area seamlessly blends contemporary style with rustic charm, featuring exposed beams, a cosy log burner/fireplace, large TV and plush seating. It's the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the Cotswolds.
The fully-equipped solid wood handbuilt kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with large kitchen Island, AGA, high-spec appliances, sleek quartz worktops, and ample storage space. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a lavish dinner, you'll find everything you need to indulge your culinary skills.
Upstairs, you'll find two elegantly appointed ensuite bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two cosy twin beds. High-quality linens and tasteful decor create an inviting atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathrooms are a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring luxurious soaking tubs and overhead shower: fluffy towels and complimentary luxury toiletries for the indulgent experience.

The warm honey-coloured stone that dominates the village's buildings creates a captivating and timeless aesthetic, charm and allure of the Cotswolds.
Oddington's location also makes it an ideal base for exploring the wider Cotswold region. Just a short drive away, you'll find yourself in the captivating towns & villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, Chipping Campden and Cheltenham and Broadway, each offering its own unique attractions and delightful charm. Getting Around:
The cottage has two free parking spaces outside the cottage, and there are several options for getting in and around the area::
By car: Having a car is the most convenient way to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
Rail - A short 8-minute drive from Kingham Station with regular trains travel to Paddington London and other major cities.
By Bicycle: Cycling is a popular way to explore the Cotswolds, and several local companies offer bike rentals or plenty of space to store your own at the cottage.
By public transport: There is a daily bus that runs from Oddington to nearby villages & towns.

We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay:
🕓 Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed.
🧍♂️ The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification.
🚫 No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that.
🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
🐾 Pet-Free Policy: To maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests, pets are not permitted in either property.
✨ No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
🔑 Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
