It runs parallel to Andrassy Avenue, starts at St. Stephen's Basilica and runs into Hajos street where you will find many good restaurants and cafes. The Opera underground station is just 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment on Andrassy Avenue, which is one of Budapest's most famous and glamorous streets with many top brand shops.

With Colton Apartments, we have been dealing with accommodation in Budapest and the Balaton area for many years. Our hotels are located in the most prestigious locations in the Hungarian capital, all of them are in central locations where you can easily reach the capital's most beautiful locations. The apartments are all renovated or newly built. During the furnishing, we tried to implement the interior according to the most modern trends. Refinement, elegance, comfort, harmony and luxury are present at the same time in these fabulous locations. The apartments have been designed in such a way that all our guests feel as comfortable as possible.

Our kitchens are well equipped and have all the tools to prepare a delicious breakfast, dinner or lunch. Internet and television are provided everywhere, so evening entertainment is also guaranteed at the accommodation. If the dear guest wants to go out, due to the central location of the accommodation, many restaurants, bars, bistros and nightclubs are within walking distance of most of our apartments. The bathroom, the living room, and the bedroom are all equipped in such a way that all our guests will definitely feel at home. Blankets, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can always be found at the accommodation in a fresh, cleaned condition. If our guest is at a loss as to what to do during his stay in Budapest, our well-prepared staff will certainly be able to give advice and offer program options.

Our staff dealing with guests has many years of experience in the field of hospitality, they are all highly qualified in the field of international communication. In terms of language skills, in addition to Hungarian, we mainly communicate with our guests in English, but it is not a problem to contact them in German or Italian. Check-in and check-out at Colton Apartments are completely safe and can be done contactless in most cases.

Our staff will contact the guest in the days before arrival to inform them of all the necessary and important information required for check-in and check-out. In our accommodation, the check-in period starts at 15:00 and lasts until 18:00. After 18:00 it is no longer possible to check in personally, but as we wrote before, checking in and out can also be done without personal contact. In order to ensure that our accommodation remains in the best possible condition for all future guests, we thought it important to establish strict house rules. For this reason, it is not possible to organize stag and hen parties in our apartments, and no events or parties can be held in the apartments. Furthermore, it is forbidden to bring in or house any small animals. In the same way, smoking is also prohibited in the premises of our apartments. As for children, it is possible to come to the accommodation with children without further ado. Most of our accommodations are child-friendly/family-friendly.
