About this property
Eclectic Eminence, by Veeve
Situated steps from the riverside, savour soaring views across the Parisian skyline at this mercurial apartment; a two-bedroom abode that teems with artistic endeavour. Located adjacent to the fashionable Rue de Rivoli, the sense of grandeur in this upscale neighborhood can’t be undersold as you approach the home’s 19th century building. However, its elegant Haussmannian façade only tells half the story given the exhilarating eclecticism waiting inside. Breathtakingly bold in its interior styling and abounding with captivating ornamental art at every turn, it’s an iconic tribute to individual design...
LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
The immense open-plan space, the sweeping views, the ecclesiastical artwork... Regardless of what first commands your attention in this extraordinary reception space, it’s an unquestionable visual feast for the eyes. A wall of French doors illuminates the period splendour of this voluminous room, however it’s the mannered styling that helps create a truly unique aesthetic. Designer wingback chairs and an imposing dining table bring a contemporary flavour to the dining area, overlooked by a soaring santo sculpture whilst adorned with abstract wall art. That all-conquering embrace of the eclectic is equally apparent in the formal living area, benevolent in its gentle accents of blue and offering a cornucopia of artistic and religious curios.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Vantage points across Paris don’t come much more vaunted than this awe-inspiring panorama. Relish the soaring gothic splendour of Tour Saint-Jacques in complete privacy from a soulful seating area shaded by a verdant balcony garden and surrounded by potted plants.
KITCHEN
Vibrant chequerboard flooring and wood panelling bring a touch of the traditional to the capacious kitchen. Fully equipped with all key amenities for your stay, an extra layer of charm is added by its pink pastel tones and the cosy breakfast bar nestled by the window.
BEDROOMS
The creative eye for curation deftly extends to the principal bedroom. Lovingly adorned with fascinating portrait art, the space offers a large double bed while a private seating area invites hints of colour into this reposeful space. Metallic reds combine with both blissful blues and whites to bring intriguing contrast to the second bedroom, which also benefits from access to the outdoor space. Delighting in its period features, it comprises a double bed, statement armchair and well-stocked bookshelf; completed by a conceptual wall hanging that unapologetically captures your eye.
BATHROOM
Vivid and vibrant in its baby blue and pistachio hues, the generous family bathroom offers a bath tub, shower and double wash basin. There is also a separate WC in the apartment.
WE LOVE
It’s larger than life (just check out that statue), and all the better for it. After all, if you’re going to make a statement by being audaciously unique, where better than Paris?
Home Truths:
No smoking or parties. Your own pets are welcome on request. The WC is separate from the main bathroom. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Please note, refurbishment work is currently taking place at the building, so please be aware of potential noise intrusion.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**

Why they chose this property
The 1er arrondissement of Paris is genuinely the historical and geographical centre of Paris.
Here you’ll find plenty of Historic sites, including the world-famous Louvre and “le jardin des Tuilleries”. A bit further along you’ll find place de la Concorde and on a nice day you can see the Eiffel Tower from there. If you want to go for some retail therapy, then look no further than rue St-Honore. There are also many places to have a nice glass of wine or to sit down and taste some of Paris’ best culinary establishments. You can even pop down rue Rivoli on a sunny day and have a nice stroll down the Seine.
