Saint Germain Odéon (rue de Tournon) View Luxury Ac!!!
This 75 square meter (861 square feet) two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated five-story townhouse, steps from Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Près, and the lovely Jardin de Luxembourg. The house is found on one the most prestigious addresses in Paris - the elegant, quiet, wide and very safe Rue de Tournon (also home to the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). There are only two residential units on the top floors of this building, and both of them belong to the same owner. The bottom floors are occupied by a discrete art gallery open only by appointment.
This flat was fully renovated recently by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with Lacanche stove, granite countertops, antique oak and slate floors, exposed wooden beams, custom wood library, and luxurious bathrooms finished in travertine, antique teak floors, tumbled marble tiles, and with Horus faucets. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
This unit faces full west and the living room is flooded with sunshine all afternoon until sunset (which occurs around 10pm in the summer!) The bedrooms are quiet and face an interior courtyard.
It can sleep up to 5 people (including a sofa bed for one person). Please note that the second bedroom and bathroom have a separate entrance on the same landing, as you can see on the below floor plan.

This apartment is ideally situated in the middle of all the best that the left bank has to offer! Rue de Tournon is the continuation of the very central Rue de Seine, which runs through the heart of St Germain des Pres. The closest metro stops are Odeon and Mabillon, both which are a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. The beatiful Jardin de Luxembourg is a one minute walk away from the flat as is the Eglise Saint Sulpice. The Carrefour de L'Odeon is a two minute walk away, and a little farther (five minutes on foot) is the Eglise Saint Germain and Cafe de Flore.

Great stay in the 6th! Close to shops and history museums and other visitor locations, but on a very quiet street. We appreciated the nice kitchen and beds were comfortable.
We had a great stay here. The apartment is very secure and well located for all the sights. Grocery shopping and the market were nearby.Choi gave us a warm welcome and explained the appliances etc. Thank you Ludovic for sharing the apartment with us.
Excellent location. The apartment is located on a quiet street just minutes away from Luxembourg Garden. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Check-in and check-out process was easy. We spent most of our days exploring Paris and enjoying pleasant summer weather. But the apartment was big enough for our family of four to spread out and enjoy downtime.
My mom, teen daughter and I stayed for five nights. The location and neighborhood were fantastic, and the instructions from the owner and property manager/Housecleaner were clear and helpful.
Our stay on rue de Tournon was exceptional. The owner Ludovic was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had before or during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and on a quiet street, which was perfect to come home to after a long day on the streets of Paris. My friend and I will definitely be returning.
This flat was exactly as described in the listing. Very convenient to metro stops providing easy access to all the best sites in Paris! It was also a nice bonus to be able to do laundry since this was the second stop on a longer trip.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. I would only point out that the second bedroom with the single bed is actually a different unit located next door to the main apartment. This was great for us but worth noting if you’re a family traveling with a child.
Odeon was exactly what my family and I wanted for our Parisian vacation! Ludovic was very accommodating and communicative about our reservation and answered any and all questions we had. He made the check in process easy and the apartment was exactly as expected and described. The neighborhood is wonderful with a short, easy walk to Luxembourg gardens, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter and so many other sites and attractions. This was my daughter's first trip to Paris so we wanted to give them a truly Parisian experience and that is definitely what we got!
This is an absolutely stellar location, probably the safest street in all of Paris. Extremely convenient for all endeavors, walking, dining, transport, style, flair.
The owner Ludovic, is easily accessible and quickly responded to any queries/concerns.
The property is 2 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms altho on the same floor is a separate entity from the main unit, tho just steps away.
This may be a benefit for group travel as it is separate and gives space to your traveling companions.
The care taker, Choi is a very nice/helpful.

My adult son and I stayed here over the weekend. The host, his helpful property manager across the street, and the Limousine chauffeur, who picked me up at the airport, were all easy to coordinate with and responsive, both leading up to and during our stay. After climbing the 60 stairs up, we arrived at the landing, where there are just two apartment doors. One door gets you into the primary apartment with its own bed and bath. The other door leads to a singular bedroom and full bath that is spartan, but serves its purpose and is private. The living room in the main apartment is lovely and comfortable, with a big couch facing the beautiful windows and nice view. The apartment had a nice feel to it. The street it’s on is completely safe and so well located to museums, shops, cafés, and the Seine. We loved it and would stay there again!
First time to Paris with my niece and her 17 year old daughter. Location of our property was fabulous and the unit spacious and well accompanied with lots of natural light. Stairs could be a challenge depending on one's health and amount of luggage. Necessary shopping is an easy walk away. I had spoken with owner as our quote came back at a higher rate due to our stay being less than a week and am told that the VRBO platform doesn't allow an automated quote to appear for less than a week. This must be done with a custom quote emailed back from the owner so our price was higher for our 3 night stay than the original quote. You won't be disappointed with unit or location. Be certain to try the gellato at the spot down the street.
Lovely Stay in Paris in Absolutely Perfect Location!
We just returned from Europe and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris.
Ludovic's apartment is lovely and is perfectly located in Odéon / Saint Germaine, one of the most desirable areas of Paris, close to amazing shopping, restaurants, Jardin de Luxembourg, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Louvre, and so many other attractions, all within walking distance, or fast metro, G7 or bike ride.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Although there is not an elevator, we travel light and found the stairs easily managed. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The kitchen is well stocked and includes all necessary appliances. We loved spending time in the living room area with the windows open to enjoy the breeze and the lively sounds of Paris.
The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable with plenty of storage and en suite bathrooms with great showers.
Award winning bakeries are an easy walk and provided unforgettable croissant and baguettes for breakfast each morning.
We hope to return in the near future and would gladly stay here again.
The place is located in a great neighborhood, the only thing to know is you have to go up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage. Host were great, very attentive. Place was great!
This was our third stop on our 2+ week Europe trip with my wife and our 2 adult kids. We had a lot of luggage so the stairs were interesting but once we were in the unit we loved it. It has a spacious living room and the 2nd bedroom on same floor but seperate entrance was nice for the kids. The location was great for us we were able to walk to restaurants shopping and easy acces to the Paris Metro which we took to the eiffel tower and other sights that were not in walking distance. The park down the street to the left was great to walk to and enjoy the scultures the ponds where the kids were launching tow boats. Choi the property manager was great, he was always available and quick to respond if we needed anything.
This location is close to everything. Its a bit noisy at night but still worth it. Bring your own shower soap, shampoos etc. Towels were a bit worn but adequate. Overall it was a good experience.

Our family, including our two children ages 9 and 11, recently spent three delightful nights in the flat which is situated in the perfect location for exploring Paris. The flat is just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens and the hustle and bustle of the Odéon district yet it provided a wonderful, peaceful oasis after our long days on the go.
Great attention to detail has been invested in the fit-out of the flat and though it's in an old building with the associated charm, the installations and amenities are all updated, well presented and clearly, properly maintained.
Equally appreciated was the regular communication of Ludovic, the owner, as well as the housekeeper, Choi. Our trip was highly last minute in nature and Ludovic was extremely accommodating, actively responding to our various queries prior to our booking and remaining available throughout our stay, checking-in to ensure that we were pleased and if there was anything we needed.
All in all, we were very happy with our experience and can highly recommend the flat to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay whilst exploring Paris!

We had a terrific stay and definitely recommend the flat. The location was just perfect - few minutes' walk to metro and terrific shops, restaurants all within blocks. We had a few maintenance issues but Ludovic responded promptly and addressed them all right away - couldn't have been more pleased.

Amazing location to get anywhere, comfy apartment
This was our 2nd trip to Paris, and we knew we wanted to stay in St. Germain. The location for the apartment is perfect. It is right next to the Luxembourg Gardens, almost across the street from a Marks and Spencer grocery store (not to mention all the chocolate shops) and within minutes to 3 metro stops. We like to be very close to everything, and this was perfect.
With two teenagers, we needed a place with enough room (beds/baths) so we weren't on top of each other. This was perfect for our family. We even had the housekeeper come to clean for us while there. The master bed was very comfy, which is often overlooked by hosts. This is so appreciated. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked. Also something that I appreciate when you have 4 people. It is a long walk up to the apartment, which was fine for us, but may be an issue for some. The other bedroom is across the hall a bit. Also fine for my older kids, but could difficult for smaller/younger kids.
I also appreciated Ludovic helping when the Wi-Fi went out. We have teens so Wi-Fi is a must. We did some troubleshooting, and it was fixed for us. This really helped keep things more pleasant for us. I would stay here again.

No better area to stay while in Paris, and this home is a real treat.
Four of us, two adults and two teens, stayed here for a week while we visited Paris. I had no foreknowledge of which areas of Paris would be best to stay in, which is why lady luck was shining on us when I chose this property. Our first day of the visit we were met by our tour guide, who asked us who we knew that lived in this area. Soon we realized why we were asked that question. This property is in a quiet, safe, exclusive part of Paris, with the most elegant shopping and cafe's in the city just minutes away. We walked nearly everywhere and loved every minute of it.
As for the home itself, you'll love it. There are two separate bedrooms, great for our kids who wanted privacy, and a very comfortable living room. We watched Midnight in Paris on our first night there, all sitting on the couch, eating the cheese and baguettes that we purchased at the market, and I must say it was terrific. The WiFi is fast, and Choi, the man that tends to the flat, is great. He and his wife Amy would come each day while we were out and do light cleaning, and they were always there for us if we needed help or had a question.
Ludovic, the owner, is truly a great property owner. Communications were always fast, and he sincerely worked hard to help make our stay wonderful.
You cannot go wrong staying here if you are visiting Paris. We will surely return, as the flat was a wonderful part of our Paris memories.

Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
