The apartment is located on the third floor of a building, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Bay of Mola. Just 100 meters away is the Dog Beach, a beach of mixed sand and gravel dedicated to our four-legged friends. The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes' drive away, as are the lively centers of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.



It is located in front of the landing of Baia di Mola, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where an active buoy field is available from May to October, providing mooring for boats from 4 to 16 meters.



The two-room apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. In the common courtyard of the structure, there are tables and chairs available to guests. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, and parking space in the structure's parking lot.



Guests can take advantage of an agreement with Camping Reale, with shower service, game room, and barbecue available to all guests, as well as parking inside the campsite, right on Reale Beach.



A 2-minute drive away is the Coop supermarket in Mola and the gas station, and just 5 minutes away by car are all the services of Porto Azzurro, which is only 1 km away.

About 4 km from Capoliveri, just a few minutes' drive from the most famous beaches on the southeast coast.
