Alloro 5, is a small apartment on the 2nd floor of an 18th century building in typical Elban style, in a green and quiet area, just 400 meters from the beach and the town center. Completely renovated in 2014, maintaining the warmth and elegance of the architectural elements of the past, combined with the comfort of modern furnishings. The apartment is composed as follows: kitchen-dining room, double bedroom, bathroom. Comforts: TV, satellite dish (possibility to bring your own decoder, complete with cables, and connect it), wii-fii, dishwasher, use washing machine, air conditioning / heating to be charged according to actual consumption (partial counter dedicated light, € 0.20 for kw)
