Our Villa Ferienspatz (Mango) (we can offer you a better price if you book directly) is located in central SW of Cape Coral. The backyard is private and quite. You have a very big pool within a screened cage.
Kitchen: You have all what you need here. If not, talk to us.
You have a lot of games and movies. Of course a nice huge 65“ 4K uhd tv.

Outside you can enjoy the BBQ and the lounge. Pool is in SW direction.

Unfortunatelly the power usage is extra (15 Cent/kWh).

Unsere Villa Ferienspatz (wir können einen besseren Preis bei direktem Kontakt anbieten) liegt sehr zentral im SW von Cape Coral. Das große Grundstück von 1000 qm ist uneinsehbar und hat einen sehr großen Pool. Ein Paradies für Kinder als auch für Urlauber die sich dringend erholen müssen.
Die neue Küche bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Für die Unterhaltung dienen zahlreiche Brettspiele und natürlich auch Videogames an einem 65“ großen 4K uhd tv.
Selbstverständlich gibt es auch einen Grill.

Leider wird von HomeAway der Strom nicht berücksichtigt. Der muss nochmal extra berechnet werden (15 Cent/kWh).

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts, the pool area was perfect for relaxation and entertaining friends. The master bedroom with en suite has a large walk-in shower, large soaking tub, double sink vanity. Kitchen has all the supplies needed to cook a meal with the exception of a few items…spices, cookie sheet (there are aluminum pans). Communication was a breeze with texts messages. If we had a question or concern, Marcus, would reach out within a minutes. I made a couple of suggestions and he said they would take care of it. Would recommend without a doubt! We will certainly be back!

We were at this property for 2 months in 2012. The location was excellent and enjoyed the set up, how well the kitchen was stocked, and the privacy. The Property Management Team was very responsive to our requests. In fact, the pool screening was replaced shortly after we arrived. We were not happy with the selection of TV channels, no cable or sattelite. The only big complaint we had was the ant problem. There were ants in the house and the pool was lined with ants for the whole 2 months we were there. We skimmed the pool everyday, but they were back the next day. It was sprayed inside the cage of the pool as well as the outside but was never done inside. However, it didn't rid the property of this problem.

So, we have responded immediateley (thanks again for your comments - we want to improve our). TV-channels: We have now a lot of movies (BluRays – some in 3D and DVDs)* and of course live-channels via DVB-T (ca. 12 channels, some in HD). From july 2012 we’ll have additional many many channels via Internet (IPTV – Netflix, vidi, hulu, Apple TV, etc.). Ants: Florida, with its sub-tropical climate and natural surroundings, is a veritable bug paradise. Leave a crumb of food or a juice spill unattended and you are liable to wake up to find not just one ant, but many, many ants. Please watch out and clean the floor/table after meals and close sugarbowls(!). Ants loves sweets things. We are now, after a thoroughly housecleaning (also from a local pest control company) again ants free. We hope to see you still again in our home. *We have now a movielist and can send it via mail before a stay.

Ein Traum(objekt)....

Die Unterkunft ist in Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Als wir ankamen, standen wir zunächst einmal mit offenem Mund im Wohnzimmer, nachdem wir jeden Raum im Haus besichtigt hatten war uns klar, dass so unser Traumhaus aussehen muss. Die Kinder und wir haben den Pool sehr genossen, den Ausflug nach Sanibel Island hätten wir besser gegen weitere Stunden am Pool tauschen sollen. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man sich zu Hause fühlt (oder wünscht).Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat sich die Zeit genommen uns persönlich zu begrüßen, das Treffen war wie unter sehr guten Nachbarn. Seine Tipps zu Sightseeing und Restaurants werden wir bei einem unser nächsten, längeren Aufenthalte in dieser Unterkunft nutzen können. Die Vorfreude ist jetzt schon groß.Im Rahmen unserer verschiedenen Aufenthalte haben wir noch keine ansatzweise vergleichbare Unterkunft nutzen dürfen. Vielen Dank.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mango. Property was exactly as described. Lovely pool! We did have a couple of questions after arriving but Marcus was very helpful and answered these the first day. We had no problems with our property. It is very well situated although I think you do need a car to get around! Overall a great stay.

Beautiful Florida Home

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks, and we didn't want to leave! The home is spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful and clean house near Sanibel Island

We were a group of 4 adults and the house was very well sized for our needs. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals. We arrived very late at night so we really appreciated being able to get the key from a lockbox. Beds were comfy and we got good use out of the pool. Drove into Sanibel twice, 30 minutes from the lighthouse and an hour from Bowman’s beach. Would recommend 👍

Close proximity to area attractions. Had a few issues with areas of the house but they were dealt with immediately by owner. Bit disappointed there was no crib for an infant as advertised.

ATEMBERAUBEND

Als Hurrikan Irma auf dem Weg nach Florida war, standen wir da. Wir mussten aus dem Hotel und die Notunterkünfte waren überfüllt. Durch eine Facebookanzeige die eine Freundin aus Deutschland schaltete, reagierte Herr Spatz mit der größten Zivilcourage die man sich vorstellen könnte. Er stellt uns seine wundervolle Villa zu Verfügung! Wir kennen uns nicht, er sitzt mit seiner Familie in Deutschland und überlässt zwei wildfremden sein Haus - Wahnsinn! Dort angekommen, öffnete er uns das Garagentor von Deutschland aus. Die online Beschreibung verspricht nicht zu viel. Wir waren überwältig von diesem wunderschönen Haus, welches wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir mussten tatsächlich kurz schmunzeln ob es nicht vielleicht "Glück" sei das wir vom Hurrikan betroffen sind und jetzt in so einem tollen Haus "festsitzen" Alles ist sehr groß, sauber, gepflegt und mit viel liebe zu Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt das Familie Spatz ihr gesamtes Herzblut in diese Villa steckt. Obwohl wir nicht viel raus konnten, war uns keine Sekunde langweilig. Drei große, ultra moderne Flachbildfernseher (inkl. Netflix, PlayStation, DVDs, usw) stehen einem zur Verfügung. Es ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, ein tolles Highlight ist die Popcornmaschine. Doch auch der Pool war in einem super Zustand, nicht das kleinste Anzeichen von Schmutz. Außerdem stehen einem sehr viele Wasserspielzeuge zu Verfügung. Ich habe mich direkt in das aufblasbare Einhorn verliebt.... ein extra Bonus gibt es für das "Case" welches den Pool schützt. Es schützt nicht nur den Pool vor Schmutz, sondern auch die Menschen vor Insekten und Stechmücken. Aber auch die Haut, durch sein UV-Schutz! So kann man abends gemütlich draußen sitzen, grillen und ein Glas Wein trinken ohne zerstochen zu werden. Familie Spatz stand uns rund um die Uhr (ja RUND um die Uhr, auch nachts um 3!!) mir Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können dieses tolle Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Cape Coral verbringen möchten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Florida ein paar planmäßige Urlaubstage dort verbringen!

Wunderbar

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist, wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist der absolute Hammer, sehr groß und die Schildkröten auf den Stufen total süß. Mann erreicht ziemlich schnell Restaurants oder Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Falls es uns nochmal nach Cape Coral verschlägt, würden wir es auf jeden Fall noch einmal mieten. Der Vermieter ist übrigens auch super nett :-) Danke nochmal

Fantastisch

Diese Haus hält 100% was es verspricht. Sehr gepflegt und voll ausgestattet fühlt man sich hier wie zu Hause. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, toller Küchenbereich mit allen erdenklichen Geräten, geschmackvolle Bäder und ein Pool- und Terrassenbereich zum Entspannen und Träumen. In der Garage gibt zudem noch 2 Fahrräder und jede Menge Strandutensilien. Check in / Check out hat wunderbar geklappt, auch das Vermieterehepaar sind tolle Menschen.

Super gemütliches Haus, wir kommen wieder!!!!

Hallo Fam. Spatz, wir haben unsere Tage in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns mega gut gefallen, weil es so gemütlich ist, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Ihre Küche ist der Hammer! Sie lässt keine Wünsche offen (ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht), denn wir kochen allzu gern und gehen eher seltener Essen. Die Schlafräume sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und vieles an Pool-Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Lounge-Ecke rundet das ganze noch ab. Also weiter so.... Wunderbares Haus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Angefangen vom sehr netten Kontakt zu den Besitzern, welche uns uns dann vor Ort auch alles gezeigt haben, war alles perfekt Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht (oder auch nicht braucht). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt das die Besitzer auch selber das Haus bewohnen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Perfect vacation

We could have not asked for a more perfect home to rent. Lots of room, home is obviously well cared for. Kitchen well stocked with gadgets and appliances. Pool large with lots of room around it. Close to shopping and attractions. Looking forward to next year already

Great house

This was a great house with plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped . It had lots of small extra appliances that were nice to have. We enjoyed the bikes and beach equipment. The pool was nice too. My only negative comment would be that you need to be super careful about the amount of heat that you use for the pool as it will raise your electric bill. I would recommend this house.

Hervorragender Platz zum Verweilen

Das war der beste Urlaub der letzten Jahre. Wir hätten kein besseres Haus finden können. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und bot unseren drei Kindern genügend Platz. Und der riesige 4K Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist der Knüller. Wir haben schon für 2017 erneut gebucht.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen in Cape Coral, mit einer sehr liebevollen Betreuung durch den Vermieter (H.Spatz) und der Betreuung vor Ort Der Aufenthalt war phantastisch und im Haus fehlte es an nichts.. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ohne überladen zu sein. Die Küche bietet E-Herd, Backofen, Micro, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Riesenkühlschrank inkl. Eiswürfel und alles was man an Gläsern, Tellern, Tassen und so weiter braucht. Es sind auch Gewürze und sonstige nützliche Zutaten etc vorhanden, so dass man vieles, was man nicht in rauen Mengen benötigt, auch nicht extra besorgen muss. Das Haus ist komplett klimatisiert, die Klimaanlage lässt sich nach eigenem Geschmack regulieren. Für das Abendprogramm sind schöne Gesellschaftsspiele aber auch eine PS4 vorhanden. Im Aussenbereich befindet sich eine Loungeecke in der Nähe des beheizbaren Pools. Auch am Pool fehlt es an Nichts und somit waren unsere beiden Jungs ganztägig im Pool unterwegs. Ein großer Gasgrill beim dünnmaschig umgittert Poolaussenbereich (keine Mückenspray notwenig), in den Räumen kühlende Ventilatoren an den Decken runden das Bild von einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei ganztägen Sonnenschein ab. Wenn wir wieder nach Cape Coral kommen, werden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie, die sich hier im ersten Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt hat. So hatten wir unser erstes Häuschen Anfang 2011 gekauft. Es war eine tolle, kleine Einsteigervilla.
Nach gut zwei Jahren haben wir uns ein wenig vergrößert.
Jetzt haben wir ein Zimmer mehr und könn(t)en nun auch mal Freunde mitnehmen...

Why they chose this property

Das Alter war uns sehr wichtig, denn die Sicherheitsstandards sind in den letzten Jahren sehr stark gestiegen (wegen der Hurrikans), was bei einem neuerem Haus wie unseres von Vorteil ist.
Weiterhin waren wir auch von dem sehr guten Zustand und der Lage angetan.
Und wir lieben Obstbäume. :-)
Naja, und das 4. Zimmer war noch ein schönes Add-on.

What makes this property unique

Unsere Villa hat nicht diesen typischen Ferienhaus-Charakter.
Hier fühlt man sich gleich sehr wohl und 'zu Hause'.
Wir machen leider jedesmal die Erfahrung, dass wir hier am Ende unseres Urlaubes gar nicht mehr weg wollen.
