Complex of five separate apartments. Each apartment can be rented individually or as a whole. Additionally, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer located in the hallway, which are shared with other guests, offering added convenience for longer stays.

Take in the magnificent, unobstructed views of historic Old Town, including the famous Prague Castle, Old Town Square and Clementinum Tower, creating a wonderful atmosphere for your stay. Feel the comforts of home in this apartment with its fully equipped open-space kitchen, dining table, smart TV, and A/C. Relax and unwind with a comfortable queen-sized bed and modern bathroom. Ideal for single or a couple. (Note: access requires walking up a flight of 18 stairs. There are two stairs in the apartment). Apartment is conveniently located near top restaurants and bars and Prague’s outstanding public transportation (tram, bus, metro).
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This deep cleaning includes the elimination of germs that cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Each guest must complete an online check-in. Without this registration, accommodation is not possible under Czech law.

Check-in starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table, dispose of any remaining trash, and ensure all windows and the main door are properly closed. Late check-out depends on availability.

The apartment includes personal check-in service available until 21:00.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Children under 12 are not allowed to stay in the apartment.

The apartment is limited to 2 guests.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be observed according to Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication with us will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and the use of the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number.

After each stay, an inventory check is carried out. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
