This community offers a swimming pool area with panoramic sea views and a grassed area around it. Also a small plunge pool for kids. The apartment is equipped with Air-condition/heating, Wifi fibre available and parking in garage. Modern and renovated bathroom with shower.

Balcon de Benalmadena is a popular residential community located very near the beach in Carvajal, from here it is easy to reach Benalmadena, Fuengirola, El Higueron and much more. The coast is also full of golf courses for those who plays.

Shortcut way walking to the beach, 200m to the beach. A superb balcony with views from the east to the west, south facing balcony directly to the sea without buildings in front of it.
