Enjoy breathtaking direct sea views from this south-facing apartment with a balcony. The terrace features a dining table and a comfortable lounge area. The community offers a swimming pool with panoramic sea views, a grassy sunbathing area, and a small plunge pool for children. The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, garage parking, and a modern renovated bathroom with a shower.
Shortcut way walking to the beach, 200m to the beach. A superb balcony with views from the east to the west, south facing balcony directly to the sea without buildings in front of it.
Seasonal swimming pool April-October. The pool area has sea views.

In Fuengirola you will find a city centre zoo and a water park. In Benalmadena, a beautiful port, a buddhistic chapel (Stupa), a butterfly park and much more. And of course a lot of sandy beaches.
Balcon de Benalmadena is a popular residential community located very near the beach in Carvajal, from here it is easy to reach Benalmadena, Fuengirola, El Higueron and much more. The coast is also full of golf courses for those who plays.
