We could not have chosen a better place, perfect for our weekend with friends.
Very high standard cottage, beautifully fitted out in a quiet location yet close to everything we needed. We liked the two bedrooms being the same size with en suites, so everything equal for both couples! Great places both to visit and eat out very close by.

Brilliant
Lovely comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. Very high standard.
It was perfect; a rural retreat with uninterrupted views yet a short walk from a country pub.
The accommodation was lovely with a good kitchen and superbly comfortable big beds. It was nice that the owners were close by yet totally unobtrusive, The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are two extremely interesting National Trust properties within 10 minutes drive. The nearby Stratford and Grand Union canals provide pleasant walks. What we really liked is that we know what to expect when we visit again!

A lovely stay in a beautiful accommodation in a wonderful part of the UK
The accommodation is beautifully appointed and having lived in the area previously it gave us convenient access to our friends and family. You can easily walk down to the village meaning you can have leisurely walks along the canal and eat/drink at the Fleur de Lys. We would have liked to stay longer so that we could experience more of the Warwickshire sunsets especially as the room overlooks fields.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay
Accommodation was very tastefully converted with highend fixtures and fittings. wine and biscuits were a lovely surprise and most gratefully accepted.
For four people it would be nice to have eight place settings so we did not have to washup after every meal.
Everything is as it says on the tin and better. Sally has thought of everything and the little details make this 5* +. Super clean, super comfortable and quiet.
Warwick Castle, NT Caughton Court not far away and we cycled on quiet, almost nil traffic country lanes, and along the tow paths. All the local pubs are good too.

About the host
Hosted by Host
Simon and I have dedicated the past three years to thoughtfully transforming what was once an old calf shed and milking parlour into two charming and comfortable country retreats. These beautifully renovated cottages are designed to offer guests a peaceful escape, whether for short breaks or extended stays, surrounded by stunning rural scenery. Having recently retired from a rewarding career in teaching, I am now fully committed to realising the vision we held over thirteen years ago when we first purchased this historic farm. We have carefully preserved the character of the original structures while adding modern comforts, ensuring a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Our retreats feature well-appointed interiors, private outdoor spaces, and scenic views that make every stay special. We are both incredibly excited about sharing our passion for country living with our guests and look forward to welcoming you to this unique rural haven. Throughout your stay, we will be readily available to assist with any needs or questions, aiming to make your experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
