Beautiful private house with nice outdoor spaces, overlooking the sea and indoor areas to relax and share with family.

The house is located in a very quiet urbanization in the mountains next to the beach, 20 minutes walk to the beach of Raco, 4 minutes by car, with capacity for 6 people the house has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) and two bathrooms. Located 900MTS from the supermarket and 750 from various stores and restaurants. 
Distributed on two levels. At the entrance of the house, will find a toilet next to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle and coffee maker, plus all the utensils you may need for cooking, has a bar to connect if there are guests in the dining room to not miss anything! the living - dining room is very cozy with A/C and fireplace and windows that access the terrace overlooking the sea, where there is also oitro dining room for 6 people and two chairs with a side table.

Three bedrooms, doubles with fitted closets, one of the bedrooms is suite with A/C and
 bathroom for two with shower,  the others share a bathroom with bathtub and a sink, the suite and a double room have access to balcony with views of trees and the outside areas at the back of the house in unevenness. 
the laundry area and a carpeted relaxation area for various activities with access to the backyard and another in slope behind the house, which communicates to some side stairs that return to the courtyard above the house.
