It's important to note that guests will not have access to the studio below or the garage at street level, as these spaces have separate entrances from the house. Only the owner and co-host will have access to the studio, garage, and villa courtyard for garden maintenance during guests' stays.
Street parking is free throughout. Access to the house requires descending about forty steps, which may be challenging for those with reduced mobility or difficulties navigating stairs. In support of eco-friendly energy usage, heating and electricity costs exceeding a normal usage of 10 kWh per day will be assumed by the guests.
