The house is beautiful, elegant, modern, with a swimming pool and a 400 m2 garden. Air conditioning in all rooms. The spaces are large and full of light. It is in a green area where silence reigns, a 5-minute walk from the public beach of Barbarano. You can dine indoors or outdoors, in the cool of the evening, looking at the stars. The villa is on three floors. The living room is very large and bright, with large windows that open onto the greenery of the garden and the hill. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious, with a central island and induction hob, oven and microwave. Outside there is a patio where you can eat outdoors (table for 12 people), sunbathe or drink a coffee. There are 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 3 double bedrooms are located in the basement and have a private bathroom. One of these rooms can be prepared either with a double bed or with two single beds. Another double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a dedicated bathroom in front of the door. On the first floor there is an open mezzanine and an attic where there is a double bed (170 x 190) and a French double bed (140 x 190 cm). The mezzanine + attic area has no entrance doors, only curtains. The bedroom in the mezzanine and the attic bedroom share the same bathroom. The sixth bathroom is for shared use by guests. All bedrooms have an outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy moments of quiet, reading or meditation. The swimming pool is 14 meters long x 3.60 and allows you to take nice swims. The pool is open from May 1st to October 10th. The garage can hold three or four cars. An additional uncovered parking space can be on the external ramp of the garage, inside the main gate. Throughout the house there is natural parquet so you can always go barefoot. In the evening the house is hit by the breeze that comes from the mountain, so it cools naturally. The area is very quiet and the garden and the swimming pool have a good level of privacy to allow you to move around with extreme freedom. It is a very family-friendly house, because it is located in an area with many useful services: the supermarket is 100 meters away, as well as two excellent bars for breakfast or an aperitif. The tobacconist-newsagent is 150 meters away as well as an excellent bakery. The Rimbalzello park is 150 meters away and you can find: tennis courts, table tennis, private beach on the lake. 100 meters from the house there is an adventure park for kids. The lakefront of Gardone Riviera is 200 meters away with its bars and fashion shops. If you want an elegant restaurant, "La Darsena" is 250 meters from the house and you can have a romantic dinner facing the lake. If you want a good pizza, you can go to the pizzeria "Rimbalzello" which is 250 meters away. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Here you can leave your car at home most of the time and avoid the stress of the main road.
