To the right, the spacious and peaceful master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a cozy armchair ideal for reading or relaxing.

On the left, across the hall, you’ll find the bathroom, complete with a modern glass-enclosed shower and a window opening to the inner courtyard, providing natural ventilation.

Continuing on, the apartment opens into a welcoming living room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, perfect for both short and extended stays.

The living area features a window facing the central courtyard, adding brightness and tranquility to the space. It includes a dining table for four, a comfortable 150 x 200 cm sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The location is unbeatable: just a few steps from Cádiz Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, surrounded by cobbled streets, historic landmarks, and a rich selection of local dining options. La Caleta beach is also within walking distance — an ideal spot to enjoy the sun and watch the sunset over the Atlantic.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
