Perfect Spot Just Steps from the Water

This is probably our 10th time renting this extremely well-located apartment, and we feel that it has gotten better over time. The new flooring, new stove and oven, and new couch are welcome updates to a simple but comfortable apartment that is literally steps from the beach.

Great Location but apartment getting run-down

The apartment is in a fabulous location and Christine who met us was friendly and helpful. However, the apartment's furniture needs to be updated as it is getting tired and the sofa is particularly uncomfortable. Everything else terrific - the restaurants nearby and the local shops everything you could need. Would return in a heart beat.

Great Get Away But Owner Could Use a Little More "Sugar"

The apartment is perfectly situated directly on the beach overlooking a nice little beach. For those not aware, the sand is not a fine sand. It is a much courser type that has plenty of large rocks and pebbles which can be tough on the feet. The apartment is just as advertised and worked well. We had a couple of significant issues that could have been dealt with better by Lynn. One, the communication with the owner. The communications between us just seemed to be tense. Maybe it was just that we didn't click but it sure felt very non-customer service oriented when we had communication back and forth. We won't go into the details but we just didn't have a very warm and inviting feeling throughout most of the process. Next, the refrigerator and the A/C system didn't work well at all. Concerning the refrigerator, we tried to convey, immediately upon arrival, that her refrigerator wasn't cooling, but we sort of felt brushed off. Rather than having a technician come out right away to troubleshoot it and get it back to operational, we went through a series of emails to only get her manager to come out three days later and validate exactly what we had said in the first place. Ultimately, Lynn decided to replace the refrigerator and have it installed after our visit but during the entire time we were there, we did not have a working fridge. Lynn, mentioned to us that she would compensate us for the issue by refunding our 60 euro cleaning fee but in the end, she never refunded us anything. The living room a/c is a bit finicky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't. Nothing advanced to know about it...it just sort of has a mind of its own. Also, the television wasn't working when we arrived and Christine, the gal who checks you in, said that she didn't think it worked. We were able to make it work by finding the HDTV tuner unplugged and were able to get it working but stuff like that just takes time from your vacation experience. It should have been operational from the get go so you don't have to go into "troubleshoot" mode. All in all, we would say it was a good vacation and the apartment will workout nicely for most. Hopefully, your experience with the owner will be a bit better than ours.

Stunning Waterfront Property with Spectacular Sunrises

This beautiful waterfront apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, and with just one floor down, you're right on the beach! The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beachfront walkway in front of the property is lined with charming restaurants and leads all the way to the town center, where you'll find more dining options, a mini-market, boulangerie, pharmacy, and more. Don't miss a visit to the Tourism Office to book ferries to Cannes, St. Tropez, and Marguerite Island. Théoule-sur-Mer is a quaint, laid-back town that feels refreshingly untouristy. With a bus stop right in front of the apartment and the train station nearby, getting around is a breeze. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! 😊

Fantastisk beliggenhet

Leiligheten hadde en fantsdtidk beliggenhet med en bilfri gate som skilte fra stranden. Verten vår svarte raskt på henvendelser og var tilgjengelig. Vi hadde imidlertid og arbeidere på terassen i 6 timer. Det var ikke varslet før ankomstdagen. Leilighens kjøkken bar preg av slitasje og burde vært oppgradert. Og vi savnet oppvaskmaskin. Med tanke på renhold. Terassens utemøbler var også slitt. Vi savnet parasoll. Det ble for varmt å innta måltid ute.

Schönes Appartement in Top Lage für Strand und Ausflüge

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Appartement ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu aber voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer perfekten Lage direkt am Steand mit einem schönen Ausblick auf Cannes und die Bucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt (der für uns nicht wirklich ausschlaggebend war) ist der doch sehr langsame Internetzugang. Für Familien mit Teenagern oder HomeOffice evtl. problematisch. Garagenstellplatz war vorhanden und auch geeignet um geössere Strandutensilien (z.B Stand Up Paddel) zu lagern. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für uns zwei. Gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, in der man ganz gut kochen kann. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und der Verwalterin vor Ort. Gerne wieder

Magnifique situation

La situation de l‘appartement pieds dans l‘eau est tout simplement fantastique! En face d’une petite plage de sable et sans route passante. Vous descendez l’immeuble et vous voilà au pied d’une petite plage de sable soignée et surveillée. Idéal pour pour un séjour romantique. L’autre plus de ce logement est la grande terrasse accueillant aussi bien une table pour 4 personnes et 2 chaises longues. La literie était également très confortable. La cuisine est un peu usée mais fonctionnelle si l‘on ne veut pas profiter des bons restaurants situé à proximité.

PRATIQUE

Son emplacement est idéal quand on a pas de voiture et on a les enfants. Appartement était rangé, mais malgré du faite, que le frais de nettoyage / ménage sont inclus dans le prix pour chaque client, mais nous avons préferé de renettoyer. La propreté des serviettes et du linge laissait également à désirer et la clim n'a pas été nettoyé depuis un moment. L'appartement est équipé d'une machine à laver et c'est un grand atout. La vue mer est géniale. La place au parking souterain est bien pratique. Il y a quelques encombrants, mais ca n'empêche pas de se garer. La vie sur la plage est assez prononcé la nuit au mois d'août, normal, tous le monde a envie de profiter, du coup bruyante. Le camion des poubelles et le nettoyage de la plage aux heures très matinales ( du genre à partir 5h) était horrible., mais aprés un certain temps ils passait plus tard. L'appartement a quelques détails cassés. Nous avons pas utilisé le four, mais le reste était quand même bien fonctionnel. Malgré quelques pépins, les vacances ont été cool et les personnes responsables était joignables, disponibles et agréables. Merci beaucoup

Unique position

We had a short family holiday, enjoying the outstanding seaview. The apartment is well organized and equipped. Nice beach in front of the property. Shops and restaurants are just a few footsteps away. We surely recommend this magical place.

Amazing location

Wonderfull apartment on the beach side. We lived most of the time on the beach and loved it. Apartment is nice, a bit dated interior, but very clean, in a well contained building. No noice problems. The parking key was broken when we arrived. I repaired it myself, which was fine in the end. We will come back, it was lovely.

Emplacement et Vue fantastiques

Très bel appartement situé sur la plage sans route à traverser. Une vue a couper le souffle. Une vrai terrasse pour les repas devant la mer et des transats pour lire ou juste se prélasser. Air conditionné apprécié les jours de grande chaleur, literie confortable, tous accessoires disponibles, double place de parking en sous fort appréciée, ascenseur. Excellent accueil de l'agent local, ménage inclus, linge de maison inclus. Un séjour parfait et une adresse a retenir et recommander, sans hésitation.
