Sunrise 22

A very nice unit that was much more spacious than we anticipated. The condo and all of the Sunrise property was nicely taken care. It was a great place for a family trip! Close to the beach and all shops/restaurants!

Perfect for Our Needs

We were looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable place close to the beach for our family to stay for two nights on the end of a week-long wedding trip and this is just what we got! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. There is a view to the ocean from the balcony and the condo is directly on the main street in Tamarindo. We didn’t need to rent a car, we just walked up and down the streets filled with shops and restaurants and endless beach views/access. The only downside to the condo was that there was this gross sewage-y smell that came through the vents occasionally (once waking me up in the middle of the night it smelled so bad!). Also, there was a lot of calcium build-up around the shower heads and faucets that hindered good water flow in the shower. Other than that, five stars all around!

Great Location

This is a great condo, clean, comfortable, close to everything you would need and more. Security at the gate and a safe place to park your car out front the condo!
