TD Villa Maestrale Luxury Pool & Sea View

Villa Maestrale is located in a private residential complex, in a predominant position facing the sea, near the famous sandy coast in Capitolo in Monopoli

The property can accommodate up to 10 guests, is completely fenced and equipped with an electric gate and private parking inside the residential courtyard. Crossing the gate leads to the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants, here you will immediately be kidnapped by the impressive pool with a view of the deep blue sea, a part of which has been used as a hot tub, which uses the same water as the pool, unheated, ideal for moments of pure relaxation. Through the main entrance of the house you can access the large open-space that houses the living area with sofa and TV, together with the kitchen, equipped with every comfort, the large table with chairs, all in front of a large window with a sea view. In addition, a reading area with two armchairs also overlooking the sea and the pool where you can enjoy a good glass of wine in total tranquility. The living room leads to two bedrooms, one double with direct access to the pool area and the other with a French bed. A bathroom with shower for service on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with another very bright and airy double bedroom, with sea view and large bathroom with en-suite shower .
An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the basement, very bright, thanks to large windows that illuminate a living area with sofas and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a twin with two single beds (which can be combined if necessary) and a bathroom with shower serving the two bedrooms.
The living room on the ground floor leads to the outdoor terrace, where a patio houses a large table with chairs, for outdoor lunches and dinners and comfortable sofas and armchairs.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
Pets are not allowed.
