About this property

Casa Andreale is a brand new building and is equipped with every comfort. It is in a very convenient area to reach the center of the village and all its services (such as bars restaurants, grocery stores etc) but at the same time intimate and not noisy.

All the beaches of the promontory, can be reached by car in a few kilometers, or by using the shuttle service, which turns many of the most beautiful beaches of the island such as Zuccale, Barabarca, Morcone, innamorata, Lacona and many others.

The parking space available is essential is very convenient as there are only paid parking lots in this area.
The Andreale three-room apartment has a large sunny terrace overlooking the sea, in which you can have lunch on the comfortable table or relax in the sun.
Entering we find ourselves in the living room, where there is another table, the large television , the kitchen equipped with refrigerator , dishwasher, microwave oven. We also find a single sofa bed, plus the house has air conditioning.

The master bedroom houses a double bed and a three-door closet.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed side by side, and a bridge closet.

The bathroom has a convenient shower stall, a closet with mirror, toilet and bidet. It is equipped with a hair dryer and has a window.

The second bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and shower and is located before the entrance, where there is also a washing machine room.
