Wonderful view on Golfo Stella, apartment on the first floor of our villa, wholly owned by my family.
Villa with huge garden, 10 minutes from the beaches and from the picturesque centre of the small village of Capoliveri. The property area is very green and very quiet, with 2 large balconies with a spectacular view (both of them with dining table and chairs), 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sea view) and 2 bathrooms. Very large and cozy living room with fireplace and dining table, independent kitchen fully equipped with dining table. Guests can enjoy the garden and use the parking and laundry located at the ground floor.

Holiday to Capoliveri

We stayed a week at the apartment housed on the second floor of the house. Simply stunning. Very well furnished and cared for with a simply stunning sea view. The house is located on a hill 1 kilometer from the center Capoliveri in a very quiet area. Equipped with garden and parking space. At 10 minutes walk is reachable the beach with a beautiful sea. Alltra beaches are conveniently reachable within 10 minutes by car (Zuccale and Barabarca). Capoliveri with its center city is simply wonderful. we will be back. Roberto

Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, Marcello ist immer erreichbar, antwortet immer sehr schnell bei Rückfragen. Aussicht auf die Bucht vor Capoliveri ist fantastisch, immer wieder schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr persönlich. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt, wahrscheinlich passt das auch sehr gut für einen Hund. ( wir hatten keinen dabei).Capoliveri ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.Die Einfahrt zu der Schotterstrasse die zum Haus führt ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden.Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig.Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend.

Mediterrane Ferienwohnung mit Herz und AusblickWir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten, lichtdurchfluteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die mediterrane Atmosphäre, der großzügige Schnitt und der schöne Balkon laden sofort zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, idyllisch und bietet eine paradiesische Aussicht – ideal zum Verweilen und Abschalten.Die Lage ist hervorragend: Sowohl der malerische Ort Capoliveri als auch mehrere Strände sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwar ist der Weg teilweise steil, aber dafür sind die Strecken kurz – perfekt für alle, die gern aktiv sind und die Umgebung entdecken möchten.Ein kleiner Hinweis: In den Sommermonaten können Mücken auftreten. Wir empfehlen daher die Verwendung von Verdampfergeräten in den Schlafzimmern (z. B. Einlegeplättchen, erhältlich u. a. bei Coop) – damit hatten wir keinerlei Probleme.Marcello ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber – jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung und der Balkon waren gross und einladend. Der Blick auf das Meer umwerfend! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, leider wusch die Abwaschmaschine nicht wirklich sauber, so dass wir von Hand abwaschen mussten.

Sehr schönes Haus mit bezauberndem Ausblick

Das Haus ist toll gelegen Nahe der malerischen Stadt Capoliveri (zu Fuß 15 Minuten bergauf entlang der Hauptstraße) und mit zwei schönen Kiesstränden in der Nähe (15 Minuten bergab). Im Haus lässt es sich gut leben mit 3 Schlafzimmern (1 x Doppelbett, 2 x zwei Einzelbetten) und einem großen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer. Die Küche mit Gasherd hat eine gute Grundausstattung. 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche sind sehr sauber und haben uns mit 6 Personen gut ausgereicht. Wifi ist leider auf der Insel nicht sehr zuverlässig. Tipp gegen Mücken: in jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es kleine Elektrogeräte, in die man täglich ein Wirkstoff-Plättchen einlegt, schon ist Ruhe. Tipp zum Finden: von der Hauptstraße direkt in einen engen Feldweg abbiegen (kurz unterhalb des Ristorante Mickey Mouse).

Appartement statt Villa

Wir buchten, da wir ein Haus wollten, was für diesen Preis eigentlich Voraussetzung ist. Bekommen haben wir eine Wohnung, die nicht nach angegebenem Standard ausgestattet war.( Keine Kaffemaschine , kein Toaster) Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren zwar sauber , aber sehr old school, die Küche spartanisch ausgestattet, nicht mal Weingläser.Das Internet und der Fernseher fielen immer wieder aus.Man versuchte uns zwar immer wieder freundlich zu helfen und entschuldigte sich auch für die enstandenen Probleme, wenn ich aber für 150€ pro Nacht buche , brauche ich keine Probleme. Die untere Wohnung war über einen anderen Anbieter vermietet und somit war weder für uns, noch für die Mieter unter uns klar ,daß es sich eigentlich um eine Wohnung handelte. Einzig der Ausblick hielt sein Versprechen Fazit : zu teuer , buchen wir nicht wieder.

Dear Heike, Thanks for your feedback. We thought it was clear in the description that we are renting the apartment on the first floor of a Villa and not the entire Villa. In terms of equipment we will surely buy a toaster (but we will keep on using our moka coffee machine cause we don't like Nespresso ;-) ). Internet and TV had a temporary failure (by the way not due to us but to the internet provider) and now are perfectly working. Anyway we understand that you had some troubles and we are sorry for that. We will work to improve! Best Regards. Marcello
