Schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick, organisatorisch aber mit vielen Abstrichen
Die Wohnung liegt toll. Garten und Optik der alten Mienenbesitzer Villa sind atemberaubend. Ich buche seit Jahren über Fewo hatte aber noch nie eine so schleppende Kommunikation wie hier mit der vermietenden Agentur. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist der Hausmeister des Objektes, der wirklich NUR italienisch spricht. Beim Empfang erklärte er uns, dass der WLAN Router nicht funktioniert und dabei blieb es auch den gesamten Zeitraum unseres Aufenthalts, auch der Agentur viel dazu nichts weiter ein. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon, über die Jahre der Vermietung ist aber offensichtlich vieles weggekommen. So gab es, obwohl sie offiziell 6 Schlafplätze hat, gerade mal fünf Wassergläser. Leider war der Cleaning Service, für den man eine recht hohe Pauschale bei Buchung bezahlt, vor uns nicht sehr gründlich. Meine Tochter und ich haben nach unserer Ankunft erst einmal den Küchenbereich inklusive Kühlschrank sauber machen müssen. Wenn man duscht, im Badezimmer hängt ein großer Boiler, darf kein anderes elektrisches Gerät laufen ansonsten fliegt jedesmal die Sicherung raus. Der Raum mit den Sicherungen befindet sich im Keller unter der Treppe, was am späten Abend ein bisschen Geisterbahn Feeling vermittelt. Wir haben über Fewo die Angabe zu den Ein- und Auscheck Zeiten in der Buchung angezeigt bekommen. Auschecken war mit 11 Uhr angegeben. Einen Tag vorher wurden wir mehrfach aufgefordert, die Wohnung bis spätestens 10 Uhr zu verlassen da wieder neue Gäste kamen.

netter Gast, es tut uns leid für das Fehlen von Wi-Fi, aber es gab Probleme, die nicht auf uns, sondern auf den Anbieter, jetzt gelöst, auf der ganzen Insel. in Bezug auf die fehlende Glas nur sagen Sie uns: wir haben zusätzliche Gläser, die wir zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Kommunikation waren rechtzeitig (wir sind 4 im Büro): wir kommunizieren sowohl per E-Mail und per Handy. für die Reinigung niemand jemals beschwert hat, wie Sie aus den Bewertungen sehen können.
