Nestled among the tall pines and very close to the Myakka River this quiet cozy home sits awaiting you and your family to enjoy all that old SW Florida has to offer. Relax on the new deck in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea and in the evening with a beverage of your choice. There are no neighbors on any side of this home.

Two Queen beds, one bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with a television. Have your meals inside or outside in nature.

As you can see from the photos it is a 2-story home with most of the living space on the second floor.
