The property manager was friendly.The place needs a good cleaning. TV and washing machine worked most of the time. The AC/Heater did not work. (We did not need this until the last day. Told the manager about the problem.)

An older apartment, but is nicely furnished & the kitchen has all the necessities and more. Everything was extremely clean! Which is greatly appreciated. Luis is very kind. I give him a 5 star + rating!

The casita is perfect for my “home base” in the Phoenix area. Very clean with just the right amount of amenities. That I could bring my senior-aged dog was a big plus, as I would not have been able to leave her behind for the trip. Luis was a great help with information also.

Clean, comfortable casita! Perfect for our 4 day Thanksgiving holiday.

This place is fully furnished and very comfortable! We enjoyed having coffee each morning on back patio plus relaxing inside while watching tv. Two bedrooms a plus, as is the quality of beds & pillows. Being surrounded by contemporary colors & furnishings added greatly to our positive experience. Be aware that this property is older but we'll maintained. Betty in Texas

Convenient location

I had a great time at my stay.. this was the perfect location to get around Glendale..very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy.. but suited our needs just fine.
