Enjoy your beautiful private beach just steps away, central air-conditioning, and less than 3/4 mile to downtown Hyannis. Just 100 yards is the short walk to gorgeous, sandy, private beach on Nantucket Sound with views of Great Island and the Kennedy Compound, only for residents of our street. Freshly updated inside with wide pine floors and a nice front porch with Adirondack chairs. A large deck with grill in the rear will allow you to enjoy resting at the house before and after the beach. A level lot, private dead-end street also make this home kid friendly. Less than 3/4 mile to downtown Hyannis and the harbor, where ferries depart frequently to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard and where you can go on a charter fishing trip. Located between Sea Street Beach and Kalmus Beach where you can go from your beach for even longer walks on the beach. Tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, this house is perfect for families with children or couples.

Our house has a discreet place in history - This house was used in the early 1960s as a communications center and living quarters for the Secret Service when President Kennedy visited the family compound in Hyannisport.

Clean the grill as a courtesy to the next guest. The cleaning service does not clean the grill
Return furniture to its original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum rental period is 3 weeks. No parties or gatherings of any kind at the house or beach.
Linens are NOT provided for Sofa Bed. Bring your own. Pet fee is per pet, to be paid separately if not paid at the time of the booking.

Extremely clean, well-appointed, lovely home just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. The host was friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more, plus a lovely yard for kicking around the soccer ball and playing some highly competitive badminton. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

The house is a great location and the host is very friendly/communicative ahead of time. Check-in and out were very smooth processes. Completely recommend the place for families or smaller groups of adults. The one thing is that the place definitely does not comfortable fit 10 people, even with 7 adults we were struggling.

Great vacation

House was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, great neighborhood, and central air, which was key. And there's so much to see and do in the area. Kept 14-year-old twin boys busy and excited. We had a blast and will definitely be going back there next year.

Hyannis - Fall 2020

Out of all of the Homeaway / VRBO rentals we have used, by far this was one of the most comfortable homes with nice furnishings and all else well equipped. Communication with the owner when needed was quick.

Why they chose this property

The house is centrally located for you to explore all of Cape Cod. We love being close to Main Street and all the restaurants and we especially love our private beach. Never crowded, warm water in the summer. No need to drive to the beach!

The Private Beach is the best. We also love sitting on the rear deck and front porch after the beach.
