This beautifully renovated townhouse offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Ideal for up to six guests, the property is thoughtfully designed across three levels and features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, a cozy lounge and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the expansive green rooftop terrace, complete with recliner chairs and a table, offering the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of Estepona.

On the lower level, you'll find a spacious lounge area, complete with a 55” Smart TV offering international channels. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, and a full set of cutlery and utensils.
