Ideal for up to six guests, the property is thoughtfully designed across three levels and features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, a cozy lounge and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the expansive green rooftop terrace, complete with recliner chairs and a table, offering the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of Estepona.

On the lower level, you'll find a spacious lounge area, complete with a 55” Smart TV offering international channels. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable.
