House can sleep up to 24 comfortably depending on sleeping arrangements. Come visit Hilton Head Island with all it has to offer and stay in this brand new 5 bedroom dream house. Located in Sandcastle by the Sea, a beautiful community just a short walk to Folly Field Beach,, you will have everything that you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The home is tastefully decorated in a coastal contemporary style and is fully furnished with contemporary furnishings. The living room has a large Ultra 4K screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating areas and is open to the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy cooking in the modern fully equipped kitchen and relish your meals dining at a large table for up to ten or take it outside to the balcony area. There is also a private bedroom on the first floor and full bath on the main level.. On the second level, you will sleep in a spacious master king bedroom where you can also relax on a private balcony. Two additional queen bedrooms are also on the second level. On the third floor, you will find a large activity room with a 65 inch 4K TV to enjoy your favorite shows, movies and games. A sofa, loveseat and chair convert to additional beds as needed as well as a bunk bed.. In addition, another bedroom with two full beds is available on that level. On the ground floor of this four level home, you will find a heated pool where you can relax when you just feel like swimming at home and taking it easy. Screen will be installed for summer. You also have a BBQ where you can do some outdoor cooking. Rear yard is fenced. A ping pong table is set up for guests use. The house has everything you need to enjoy your dream vacation with access to shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. Crib and high chair available for use by infants. I highly recommend this property. The home was beautiful, fully furnished, conveniently located, clean & honestly exceeded our expectations all around. We’ll definitely stay here for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great place to stay

Great place for a large group! We loved this house! Plenty of space for our crew to spread out and not feel crowded. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to others! The owner was very professional and responds quickly.

Wonderful host and house

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We were about half a mile to the Folly Field Beach entrance. Having a covered and screened heated pool made this trip a great experience because we could skip the sunscreen and enjoy without the threat of mosquitos. We enjoyed the large kitchen and game table on the top floor. The elevator was a lifesaver for our very old dog and for our 95 year old grandmother. She was able to come down and sit with us at the pool almost every day. The only down side was the limited seating inside the main floor of the house. Overall we would definitely return to this house again for our vacation.

Very nice home!

Very nice home! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. It was stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, etc. The kitchen was well equipped and included everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but still ok. (Half a mile from the beach.)

Overall house was fine. However floors were dirty, high chair was not cleaned thoroughly. The pool area is a bit deceiving in the photos. The area is dark and uninviting. No one from our party wanted to swim in the pool. Pool service should have come before our stay not during. Dishwasher was broken. For the money, we expected better.

Lovely time with family

We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this property. It was perfect. Michael was a really great host who was readily available when I reached out to him. We had 7 adults, and 5 children. Two of them were under the age of two. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of measuring spoons which we purchased while there. Supplies like trash bags, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels were readily available. There were also a lot of seasonings for cooking. The kitchen overall was really well stocked. We appreciated the two beach wagons, and beach chairs that were also provided. Our only complaint is that the place could have been cleaner. Having small children who walk barefoot and crawl on the floor made the condition of the tile floors obvious. Anyone who walked barefoot ended up with black feet. This was disappointing based on the cleaning fee.

Great large group home

We had a group of 14. 8 adults, 6 kids Pros- Short walk to the beach about 5-7 mins There is a few parking spots you pay by the hour close by to beach if you can get one. They did have wagons to pull stuff to beach. Lots of beach chairs Beach toys Boogie boards Lots of space and beds for everyone Beautiful beach area House had great pantry Provided almost everything we needed for paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and plenty of bath towels. They also had several beach towel available. Had all the cooking supplies including spices Fire Pit was a great extra for s’mores. A nice grill Pool area was well equipped with pool toys and floaties Cons Needs more plates, bowls and silverware for large groups - only had about 10 plates. Had to get paper plates from store. Needs more dish towels. We only found 2. Instructions had said there were extra sheets and pillow cases in closet but we were unable to find the extra sheets or pillow cases for the pullout couch and air mattress. We did find plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I will also mention we did have to clean up some trash left from previous renters and wiped down the counters as they had something sticky spilled on it. Overall we had a great experience with this home. Btw, if you have never been to Hilton Head, which we hadn’t, a lot of places seem to close early as in 6 o’clock. We were surprised by this so just wanted to mention it.

This property was perfect for our large extended family!

The home was large enough for each family to have their own space. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The homeowner was very attentive and quick to respond to questions we had. Overall it was the perfect place for us and we would gladly return in the future.

Restful vacation

Overall it was a good house for our short vacation. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, lots of towels and toilet paper! It was clean but I would definitely recommend a deep clean of base boards. The house was close to the beach but we chose to drive rather than walk to it. The neighborhood was pretty active with fall breakers but our house was quiet backing up to the woods and we were able to catch up on our sleep. The video arcade game that was advertised for this property was broken and so the kids were a bit disappointed but the owner responded very promptly. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there due to a part needed…parents weren’t terribly disappointed. :)

Palmetto dunes convert

This house was amazing for our girls weekend get away. Michael was the best the whole time being available via text when we asked to check in early or had any questions. The elevator was so nice to move everything in for our weekend (we cooked all our meals in). The kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything you could want. We easily made meals for 14. The dining room, living room, and deck were all perfect to hang out with. The house itself was wonderfully decorated and breathtaking. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were gorgeous. The walk to the beach was nice every day too! The true highlight was the pool where we spent our rainy afternoons and nights. I 10000% would stay at this location again. It is only 5 minutes away from the airport and was located so close to shopping and entertainment. As a frequent palmetto dunes renter, you can say I’m converted!

Family Beach trip

Excellent stay. The property was Impressively clean. The house sleeps a lot of people comfortably and the great room was spacious for all of us to hang out together. The beach is a short walk but with kids at the end of a beach day it did get longer. The house came equipped with beach wagons which helped. I recommend having bikes. The pool was nice to have when it rained. The house was also nicely equipped with kitchenware, beach towels and paper goods. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Spring break getaway

The property was perfect for our family. Bedrooms set up well, pool was enjoyed by all. Good location. Baseboards need to be cleaned but overall great house. Had beach equipment for use. Loved the 2 decks especially the one off the master bedroom. I think construction might be starting soon on the lot next door. Would definitely stay again.

Very good house for family

Six adults and four children ,ages 5 months -5 years old, and a dog really enjoyed our stay at this four level home. The elevator helped transport luggage to each floor. The heated pool,(not an extra cost!) was a hit with the children! Three adults worked from there for two weeks and internet speed was good. The house is well stocked with supplies(towels,TP,cleaning supplies, paper towels, beach towels/chairs/2 wagons) charcoal grill also had supplies in chest. Furniture was nice and bamboo trees all around house gave a very nice private feel in this gated community. It was a 10 min walk along a paved pathway with the children which was nice. Bathrooms at Folley Field beach and quiet/wide beach was even enjoyed in February! Dogs allowed. Would stay here again!

Beach close, the house is about one third of a mile to the beach, a very short walk. Their is a walkway/sidewalk to make a easy stroll to the beach, or drive and take advantage of the parking lot at the beach. We provide wagons to bring chairs, umbrellas, etc
