Conveniently located with only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and right next to Chaplin Park (tennis, basketball, playground, and beautiful field). Just a quick drive and your in the heart of HHI with local restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Do not miss the chance to stay in this beautiful beach home!

First floor: Living, kitchen, dining, access to back deck, laundry room, and Full bath (shared)
Bedroom 1: Master King Bed with ensuite bath (walk in shower), TV
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Day Bed, TV (shared bath)
Second Floor:
Bed 3: Master King Bed with Ensuite (walk in shower), TV

POOL DIMENSIONS: 16' x 32'

POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $1000/week. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking. Last minute requests may or may not be available and are subject to a service fee. We do not heat the pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day*

NOTE: We cannot guarantee pool heat when air temps are below 60 degrees.
NOTE: We do not provide any Beach Towels or Equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

Great house and wonderful experience

This is an awesome house, everything was very accurate in the listing. Good location just a short walk from Burke’s Beach. Clean and very new, with comfortable beds and a fun main level with pool, bar, and ping pong. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

Thank you so much to VHHH for helping us find this wonderful house! We have greatly enjoyed the pool and accompanying cabana area and when we had a technical issue on an after-hours weekend, the management was responsive and helpful! The walk to the beach is not too far and it is flat, making it easy to use a wagon. The accommodations are spacious and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!

Vacation

Perfect house for two families, 9 total adults. We had plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and easy check in/check out process. Easy and short walk to the beach. Burke’s Beach is easily our favorite on the island! The only downside is that it does not include beach chairs or beach gear like other rentals do in Hilton Head we have stayed at in the past. But, we were able to rent chairs from a local company near by very easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was clean, well provisioned, and the pool was very nice. The ping pong table and corn hole were very nice additions. The only negative for us was the distance to the beach when you have small children.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice. Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen had all the essentials. We had a few issues (the home ran out of gas). However, the rental company was great, they communicated and compensated us for our troubles. We would stay here again and still highly recommend the home.

HH 2023

Just can’t get enough of Hilton Head! The house was awesome….we felt “at home” as soon as we arrived! It fit us perfectly and just loved the surrounding area/beach. There was more construction than anticipated, though. A house was being built directly behind the yard/swimming pool which made it a little too close for comfort. Also, for such an amazing house, a bigger/more comfy couch would have been perfect. We spent Easter gathered around in the kitchen to eat and the living room to watch The Masters….since the weather was cold and cloudy. It was hard to fit! All in all, we would happily return!
