Fab 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house - quiet lane - walking distance of Lymington
The property can sleep up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner for entertaining, a large sitting room with TV and bright conservatory with views of the walled garden. Whether couples and friends or a family or multigenerational group the house is flexible to allow time together but privacy when sleeping and getting ready to explore Lymington and the surrounding area.
The house is situated on a quiet country lane, just a 12-minute walk to the High Street, and the location is perfect for trips to the beach, exploration of the New Forest and just a short drive away to the ferry crossing over to the Isle of Wight. There is parking for 2 cars and additional parking nearby although we love to walk to the shops, Saturday market, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the town.
This is a quiet neighbourhood and we ask that you consider our neighbours and ensure there is no loud noise after 11:30 pm.
We have set up the house so it feels like home with everything you would need for a perfect break away. You can make a cappuccino in the morning using the Nespresso coffee, fire up the bbq in the garden on a summer's night, read the Sunday paper in the conservatory, cook a full English breakfast, play games or watch Neflix, Disney or the many channels on the TV if you just fancy a lazy day with your feet up.
The garden is laid to stone and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs and there is a table and chairs for 8 and a Weber charcoal BBQ for those sunny days and evenings. The conservatory overlooks the private walled garden and is warm and bright, whatever the time of year, as it faces south and has heating.
The house is freshly painted and furnished in a relaxed and comfy style suitable for a holiday home near to the sea. We have tried to ensure the house feels like home and tried to incorporated everything we think is essential when staying away on vacation.
There are comfy king size and single beds, all made up with white bed linen from The White Company. There is The White Company hand wash and hand cream, Dove shower and bath gel, Pantene shampoo and conditioner and the soft fluffy white towels all add to the relaxing experience.
The house is designed to host up to 8 guests, although we tend to leave the smallest bedroom set up as a single bed as shown in the photos.
PLEASE NOTE We have a full size bed that can be set up on the top floor giving 3 single beds or placed in the smallest bedroom making either a super king bed or 2 single beds. This bed is large and comfy but it does mean there is very limited space in the room especially when set up as a super king bed. Although not ideal it does allow for 8 guests and each room does have access to their own bathroom. We take great care to ensure the property is upheld to a high standard and we are available to assist in anyway we can to ensure you have a fabulous stay in Lymington.

Brilliant location. House was well maintained. Good supply of games and books. Alison was a great host - very communicative and gave recommendations based on her local knowledge. Would definitely recommend
The property suited out needs very well. Being February the weather didnt allow us to be in the back garden, but the conservatory offered additional space. There was a generosity of spirit about the house and the owner who gave of her time when we had a problem.
