Ca l'Andreu Teià is a modernist town house of about 300 meters built, which was renovated in 2021 and classified as 4 key by the Generalitat of Catalonia. It has 4 bedrooms with a full bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen, living room with billiards, TV room, garden, barbecue and easy parking. It is located in the town but somewhat away from the center, at the entrance to the Serralada del Litoral.
The rooms are spacious and exterior. Two of them have a double bed and the other two double beds that can be made up as singles.
Within a maximum radius of 30 minutes by car you have many interesting activities within reach and for all tastes, from hiking to beach activities (5 minutes by car), horseback riding or great shopping in the town of La Roca Village, even We can organize it so that you film your own movie in Ca l'Andreu Teià or even on a sailboat and you and your loved ones are the protagonists.
In the same town there are several quality restaurants at very affordable prices, although the house has a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to enjoy the stay and the house.
