Not a great experience, starting with check in being offsite resulting in a separate taxi ride. The apartment was damp, smelly and sticky… light fixtures broken and dangling, with thr microwave that wasn’t working well. One of the showers didn’t work at all. A doorknob was so old, it crumbled when we tried to open the door. However, location in Barcelona was excellent. Walking distance to the most amazing restaurants and shopping.

The instructions to get the key were very confusing. The place didn’t look anything like what the pictures showed. No welcome or instruction manual to tell how to run heating or the washer. The place said there was a dryer also but only washer. Host took 12 hours to respond when I asked about the dryer. Host then asked for a picture which I sent and then didn’t respond at all on how to run the appliance. No coffee supplied, Kitchen barely stocked with cooking supplies. No bowls for even cereal. Was a good location but that is all.

The location of the VRBO was great. It was definitely easy to move around the city from Park Güell to the Beach. The VRBO is definitely on the older side as the water for one of the showers did not drain properly and the upstairs had a weird room where the water was not turned on. I’d also add that the A/C wasn’t working the first night but the property manager did send maintenance in the morning immediately. Again not a terrible spot for location the VRBO doesn’t fully match the pictures.

This was a horrible start to my stay in Spain. The location is decent but the actual place looks nothing like the advertising. Very old...furniture looks like something from a cheap motel. Needs updates and repairs...smells like something is leaking or urine. Very very disappointing. I wouldnt recommend to anyone

Terrible experience from start to finish

Our stay was terrible from the moment we booked and got overcharged, to the condition of the property upon arrival, to the lack of responsiveness of management after I reached out both during and after my stay. I have still yet to hear from anyone. The apartment was NOTHING like the pictures. It smelt of urine and there was an incredible amount of wear and tear. The WiFi barely connected, the shades would not go down, the lamps did not work, the outlets were falling out of the wall, the noise was absolutely unbearable as the apartment overlooks a schoolyard where children play basketball from morning until night, the handle of the bedroom door came off in our hands, etc, etc, etc. I would advise to stay far away from this rental and the company in general.
