Firstly, this is an amazing location, extremely safe and so close to the centre, everything was walking distance, we only used the tram to get to the beach and even the tram stop is super close. There are multiple small to medium supermarkets within walking distance and hundreds of restaurants and bars.The flat is really spacious, the kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook meals with a large fridge freezer the host had filled with starter supplies!The only thing I'd add is you're going to be staying in a busy city centre, it's noisy, Athens is noisy all hours of the day, especially bottle recycling bins which a) very close on the street and b) used all day and night, the locals think nothing of tipping a container of empty bottles in the recycling at 4am. Just get earplugs if you're a light sleeper.PS Air-con was in every major room and really good throughout the trip.

My family of 4 really enjoyed staying here. There was a lot of room for all of us and we felt very comfortable. The location was amazing as we were close to so many attractions and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great and they were helpful if we needed anything.
