From the living room there is a staircase leading to a loft with a bed, a bathroom with a shower, a large three-bed attic, a solarium with an external exit.
Oven, microwave, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron.
Sardinian oven, barbecue, stone tables, deckchairs and umbrellas.
The house is also suitable for organizing seminars, symposia ... having different corners equipped with tents and a gazebo.
But of course it is ideal for families or friends wishing for a busy day at the beach to relax in total peace.
