The dining area seats up to four for you to enjoy a meal with your friends and family.



If required the king-sized bed in the master bedroom can also be converted into twin beds, and features a second flat screen TV plus an en-suite with separate walk-in shower, roll-top bath tub and mirror.



There is a separate guest toilet in addition, plus separate washing machine and dryer.

This exclusive street in Mayfair, W1 is tucked behind the bustle of Oxford Street just a few minutes' walk from Bond Street Tube station, Selfridges and with Hyde Park in view, so it remains peaceful and calm. Some of London's best restaurants are on your doorstep, and we are happy to recommend places for you to eat, drink and socialise.



*Please note this flat is located on the lower ground floor with access by walk down stairs only, no lift. As a requirement of staying with us you will be asked to provide a copy of a verified government ID for all guests listed on the booking prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note from the 2nd Feb - 4th June 2026 there will be resurfacing works taking place on the street. The works will be carried out between 08.00am and 16.30pm Monday - Friday *
