Just a stone’s throw from Puerta de Carmona Street, it offers access to Seville’s historical gems such as Casa de Pilatos and Casa de Salinas. Furthermore, it serves as the main gateway to the Old Town, allowing easy exploration of the most charming corners of the Sevillian capital.

Upon entering the house, one is greeted by a charming Andalusian hallway leading to the elegant main lounge, decorated with exquisite details. This lounge features a central table, two sofas, and additional chairs, being the core of the home and connecting to other rooms. Adjacent to it, there is a spacious dining room, perfect for family gatherings or dinners with friends.

To the left, a secondary dining area offers a more intimate setting, complete with a dining table and a nearby toilet. Opposite, the modern, fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all the facilities and utensils needed for a pleasant stay.

The living room, designed for relaxing, is furnished with two sofas, various armchairs, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for book lovers. A large glass door opens the house to a patio, offering a lounge area and a swimming pool, the perfect spot to spend the warmer days.

On the first floor, we find two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first room has a double bed, while the second boasts a double bed with an extensive walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, double shower, and a bathtub.

On the second floor, we may find a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and a shared bathroom. Lastly, two charming attic bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds.

The penthouse terrace is outfitted with sun loungers for relaxing, a shower for cooling down, and exercise equipment for the most fitness guests. Pool available from 15th March to 15th November.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
