Charming gite for 06 to 15 people with private pool

We are a couple who have to spend our holidays with our 2 children in the region in recent years, and we fall in love with the Aude. After buying this Wine Mas of 1825, we decided to transform it while having keeping its old charm with a modern touch and now to share our haven we praise .......

In the countryside, in the vineyards and fields of sunflowers, close to all amenities (shops supplies, bakery, butcher, tobacco, food, pharmacy, etc ...) Located in a small village just 280 inhabitants, friendly, private, with the jewels of the house's swimming pool sheltered from view .....

The Mas of + of 350m ² can accomodate from 12 to 20 people, has 8 rooms among which 1 in mezzanine + 1 other mezzanine (double bed) and 6 SdB, big living room, + reading corner in mezzanine or sleeping, 1 kitchen completely equipped ( dishwasher, piano and 2 ovens, hobs and gas beaks, 2 fridges, microwaves, dishes, washing machines .....) with a romantic decor ..... Large double dining room

The fenced garden of 2700m² with its fruit trees, and its Bean shaped swimming pool shelters any look. 2 outdoor terraces with views of the countryside, + Hacienda with relaxation and Ping-Pong, Darks, bowling, playground for children and adults. Indoor parking for 4 cars.(External possibilities)

What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel

Nous avons passé un week end pour les 60 ans de ma mère dans le Mas Rose. Nous étions 15. Le séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Tout était parfait, et tout était parfaitement adapté à un groupe de cette taille (cuisine, chambres, salles de bain, vaisselle…etc). Samuel a été très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement, et nous a même donné des conseils pour notre séjour (restaurants, activités…etc). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. anuncian casa de 7 habitaciones y 7 baños,no es correcto.3 habitaciones comparten baño.una habitacion tiene un baño de una altura de metro sesenta.una habitacion tiene una especie de bañera cerrada con un toldo que ocupa mucho espacio y no se puede utilizar.no tiene toallas y nos comentan que normalmente no ponen.nos comentan que el dia de salida tenemos que dejar las sabanas en el cuarto de lavar,pues para ellos es un trabajo extra y les representa un esfuerzo.la limpieza es nula: polvo,telerañas,la casa esta en obras no terminadas,con algunos sitios peligrosos,el exterior esta dejado,sin cuidarla casa se anuncia con fotos espectaculares,que nada tienen que ver con la realidad.El precio es excesivo para lo que realmente es la casaSinceramente creemos que VRBO,tendria que controlar las casas que ofertan,para evitar estas situaciones.

Très bon weekend en famille ou nous avons organisé plein d activités. Les plus : Très bien équipé, jardin ombragé, espace piscine tres agréable. Les moins : entretien intérieur et extérieur pouvant être amélioré. La plupart des lits en 140 cm. Hôte tres sympathique !

Samuel est un hôte très réactif , que ce soit avant de réserver le logement ou pendant notre séjour, ce qui est appréciable. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un bon séjour autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants . L'extérieur très agréable. Idéal pour passer un bon moment en groupe. Très agréable séjour entre amis dans ce vaste mas qui a toutes les commodités (gros avantage avec les nombreuses salles de bain). Coup de coeur pour le calme du jardin qui sent tellement bon et la jolie piscine. Accueil très sympathique de Nina et Nino.

location de grande ampleur pour une réunion familiale...de la place, on ne se marche pas dessus, facile à trouver, une piscine à point, au vu de la météo, de multiples activités proposées. seul bémol, légèrement court en vaisselle et couverts pour la capacité d'accueil, oblige à faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à tous les repas. je recommande fortement et j'envisage de relouer à l' occasion.

Toussaint agréable dans le gîte Lili Rose

Merci de l'accueil et des petits gestes de Nina et Nino, des oeufs frais des poules de Nino. Des confitures maison de Nina, des diverses occupations que propose l'endroit (billard, pingpong, etc.... et surtout nos promenades en vélos au bord du canal du Midi) Pas loin de la mer et des montagnes. Nous avons aimés les chambres, les enfants et nous même sommes sentis comme à la maison (il ne manque rien !!) A bientôt et nous le conseillons vivement. Encore merci Gabin et Janisse et les enfants

Séjour avec dîner Romantique chez nos Hôtes

Un grand merci à Nina et Nino, L'accueil, le confort, la déco, tout y est !!! Nous avons passé un séjour agréable au gîte "Lili Rose", malgré le temps,(nous sommes en décembre.....) nous nous sommes reposés et avons pu profiter des vélos pour les nombreuses promenades. Aussi nous tenons à souligner la cuisine et l'instant passé (une soirée Romantique que les Hôtes Nina et Nino proposent) lors de notre soirée (dîner aux chandelles et champagne !!!)
