Blue Wave is an apartment in the main tourist district of Funchal, close to the sea and is ideal for two people.

LOCATION
The property is in a residential area at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes’ walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 250 meters from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 400 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 meters from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
REMARKS
Free parking on premises is subject to availability. If parking on premises is not available, there is a paid parking lot at 200 meters, and it is possible authorized street parking nearby.
The building is in a residential complex, but there is potential traffic noise, particularly during the day and if the windows are open.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Construction work is underway to renovate nearby apartments, which may cause temporary noise during the day.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
