Villa in a prime location with a private pool and ocean view. <br>A large villa situated in a prime location in the town of Valverde, just a few minutes from the entrance to the highway that connects all of eastern Sicily. Villa Valverde also boasts a breathtaking ocean view, visible from various common areas and bedrooms throughout the house. It is, therefore, an ideal choice for large groups of family or friends who wish to relax while enjoying a wonderful view and who want to explore Sicily with ease.<br><br>Villa Valverde is ideal for families and friends who wish to relax and explore eastern Sicily.<br>The villa consists of 3 floors, all modernly furnished.<br>On the ground floor:<br>- a spacious living room;<br>- a kitchen with a dining table; 2 bathrooms with a toilet, bidet, and shower.<br><br>On the ground floor:<br>- another living room with a double sofa bed and a panoramic terrace; a double bedroom with a private bathroom and air conditioning; a bedroom with 2 single beds; a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower.<br><br>On the second and top floor: 3 double bedrooms (all with air conditioning); a small room with 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms with toilet, bidet, and shower.<br><br>In summary, the house has 4 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 very small room with 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. As of December 2023, all bedrooms have been equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>Almost all the bedrooms offer breathtaking views of the pool and the sea.<br><br>Villa Valverde is equipped with all the amenities: an outdoor pool, a barbecue, a television, wireless Internet, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an outdoor shower (to name just a few).<br><br>It’s an excellent base for those who want to explore Eastern Sicily. In fact, the wonderful Baroque cities of Acireale and Catania, the charming town of Taormina, and even Mount Etna are all very close by. Furthermore, thanks to its proximity to the highway (in the town of San Gregorio, 3 km away), the southeastern part of Sicily—with major destinations such as Noto and Syracuse—is also easily accessible.<br><br>As an extra service, you can request a traditional Sicilian dinner to enjoy in the comfort of the villa.<br><br>The villa has been used as a holiday rental for many years, but it was previously marketed through an agency.
