Apartment in a country villa on two levels located in the centre of an estate, with a Mediterranean garden of about 5000 square metres and a cultivated countryside with olive trees, citrus and oaks, of about three hectares. The house has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta, in front of the island of Ischia.<br>On the ground floor, which is accessed via three steps, there are two bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), the living room and the kitchen, on the ground floor a relaxation area with TV area and study/work area overlooking the sea.<br>You will appreciate the calm and privacy of our villa in maximum comfort in a stylishly furnished residence. <br>A part of the garden with a covered canopy with table for outdoor dining, barbecue, umbrella is exclusively dedicated to guests. <br>The town is 2 minutes away by car. From the resort you can easily reach POMPEII, CAPRI, Rome, Naples, Cassino, Formia, Gaeta and Sperlonga. The sea is 5 minutes away by car.<br> The basement is occupied by staff at night and/or at times that do not disturb privacy for maintenance. the care and cleaning of the large green spaces, the swimming pool and adjacent areas and for the support of guests<br>The swimming pool is used exclusively by guests.<br>To better enjoy all the spaces of the apartment, a maximum of 4 adults and two children can be accepted

Pristine villa in picturesque setting

Grounds were very well cared for. The villa was beautifully appointed. The pool was an absolute dream. Our hosts were kind enough to go with us to show us where to purchase groceries, etc. They responded very quickly to any questions we had and we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this rental!

Family holiday

The villa is in a beautiful setting with great gardens, wonderful pool and amazing view over the Bay of Naples. Local.village has great pizza places at reasonable price. Enrico is a gracious and discreet host who looks after the pool and gardens without you even knowing he is there. It was very hot weather and we appreciated the good air-conditioning throughout villa.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und dem dazugehörigen, traumhaften Garten von der ersten Sekunde an genossen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um komplett abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an unseren Gastgeber Enrico, der unglaublich zuvorkommend, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit war – man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort wie zu Hause. Wir haben uns rundum geborgen und bestens betreut gefühlt und werden noch sehr lange an diesen wunderschönen Ort zurückdenken.Absolute Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
