Terraced house with garden a few steps from the sea

The house allows our guests a pleasant stay and can accommodate up to 3 people-.
It has an area of about 45 square meters, divided on two levels, with a garden.
The synthetic grass garden, which remains shaded for most of the day, is a great space for relaxing and eating outdoors. It is equipped with an outdoor shower, accessorized barbecue, sink, countertop and table with chairs.
The ground floor from the garden leads to the living room with a well-equipped open kitchenette. The space is quite cool even in the hottest periods, and the ceiling fan helps circulate the air. On the second floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, the latter air conditioned, with access to the veranda, where there is a laundry area.
The accommodation is equipped with a television, washing machine, outdoor barbecue, hair dryer, iron, and free bath and bed linen is provided.
