This incredible townhouse is very close to the beach, so you can enjoy all the benefits of staying so close to the sea. It is located on the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer, surrounded by a multitude of services and is perfect to enjoy a dream holiday. Moreover, it is part of a residential complex with two swimming pools, tennis courts, children's playground and green areas.
The townhouse has, on the ground floor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage.
On the first floor, it has a large living room and a separate kitchen with access to the terrace. In addition, the large living room also gives access to the same terrace and to a garden area where you can enjoy the summer evenings with your friends or family.
On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The top floor has a double bedroom with access to a large terrace.
The whole house is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.
