This stylish and modern, 2 bedroom apartment is located in a residential complex Delta Mar in Riviera del Sol. This secure gated complex has a communal swimming pool and a separate kids pool. Walking distance to the beach and well known board walk, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Just 50 meters walk out of the complex is Riviera Sports Club, where you will find access to paid facilities such as a gym, padel and tennis courts, bar/ restaurant. A short drive to La Cala de Mijas.
This beautiful 1st floor apartment is arranged over one floor, accessed by steps or lift and has been completely refurbished and decorated to a high standard throughout. The apartment offers hot & cold vented aircon and free WIFI. The open plan style lounge/kitchen is furnished with dining table and chairs, a large sofa, a 50¨smart TV and a desk & chair. The lounge leads out onto the covered terrace, where you can enjoy sea views and views over the gardens of the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped.
