Clean and convenient place!

My brother and I stayed here during our first visit to Milan, and it was great. It's located close to the main canal in Navigli, so lots of shops and restaurants. The place was clean (looked like the photos) and had all we needed.

Nice location but a few problems

We had several issues including complicated entry instructions as the link provided did not work. Also there was a great deal of traffic noise and the place was hot. No dishtowels for the kitchen and the stovetop and oven did not work.There were no instructions for the oven but we tried what the manager said to no avail. Good location and we felt very safe . The hot water in the shower lasted like 3 minutes.

Apartment has a nice layout, very safe (inside a gated courtyard), has a small washing machine and overall it was very clean. The property management is easy to contact, responsive, incredibly helpful and nice. A few things to be aware of: the front door to the apartment is a bit challenging to open from both the outside and inside. The stove is convection so if you are not familiar with this type of stovetop, use Utube for instructions. If you are accustomed to taking long, hot showers the water heater runs out of hot water in 20 or so minutes. Although the apartment, linens, towels, floors, refrigerator etc. were very clean, I found that there were a few dishes and utensils that had not been properly cleaned. For those coming from countries where kitchen sinks have garbage disposals, it would be good if there were instructions on how to dispose of compostable waste. Overall this was a very nice apartment at a reasonable rate.
