Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or a base to explore the nearby beaches and mountains, this homely retreat promises a stay that feels effortlessly relaxing.
Step inside to find warm, comfortable spaces designed for easy living. The cosy living room, complete with an open fire, invites you to unwind with a book or a film on the TV (Saorview channels). The adjoining kitchen and dining area provides plenty of room for gathering, with a table that seats up to six and a snug corner for relaxed evenings in front of the second TV.

Wheelchair access runs throughout the house, with a ramp at the back door for added ease. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, and a starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for the open fire, the perfect touch for a cosy night in after a day exploring Connemara’s wild beauty.
Heating and electricity are all-inclusive from May to September, with a small €10 nightly surcharge from October to March.
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am on the day of departure.
Please note: Little Tara does not accept pets, hen parties, or stag parties.
