An apartment in a farmhouse with a fantastic location right by the lake. A perfect accommodation for the nature lover, with surrounding forests and lakes. Next to the house, Highland cattle graze peacefully and provide a peaceful atmosphere. Your rowing boat is waiting by the lake. Lake Ya is rich in fish. Here there is a good supply of perch, pike, eel, roach, small whitefish and bream. The farmhouse on the owner's farm houses an apartment that has a bedroom with a double bed and an open, modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a day bed for two people. Here there is a wall-mounted TV and a cast-iron stove that provides a lovely warmth throughout the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Next to the bathroom is a room with a junior bed. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. At the entrance there is a patio with a view of the lake. A short walk along the path towards the lake where your rowing boat awaits. The owner can rent out a boat engine. If fishing luck is with you, you will get a nice catch to grill in the evening. On the farm there is also a detached glassed-in conservatory with both a grill and an outdoor kitchen. After consultation with the owner, you can enjoy an evening here. A short drive or bike ride takes you to a smaller beach in the northern part of Lake Yasjön. Here there is a fine sandy beach and an undisturbed location. At the nearest community, Unnaryd, there is a larger public swimming area with a jetty, barbecue area, etc. The area where your cottage is located is idyllic and rich in lakes. Here you are always close to fine fishing waters, excellent canoeing experiences, quiet outdoor swimming, inspiring bike tours and pleasant hiking trails. The forest has a well-stocked pantry with both berries and mushrooms. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen with wonderful nature experiences, a famous fish restaurant and a farm shop. A drive north takes you to the large outdoor area at Hestra. There are tracks for mountain bikes, hill tracks and ski slopes. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö golf club.
